In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

This is The Welcome Room, but welcomes mean different things to different people. Here is a poll to see what it means to YOU to feel welcomed by someone.

Welcome

I feel most "welcome" when I am comfortable being myself.
If that person can connect with me and make me smile that is a bonus.
I am never one to turn down a good cup of coffee and a conversation.
I must say I have never felt "un-welcomed" here on Fauna. :iagree:

a few of the things i chose were knowing that the person i am with really enjoys my company..cuz that leads to you being able to be yourself..and someone who makes me smile...and i really love how theres a welcome room at fauna because i feel like it really does make people feel welcome..and i love to welcome new ones too...it brakes the ice...:)

A simple "Howdy" is a welcome. But the Welcome Room does so much more than that. It invites those that are welcomed to reach out and embrace companionship, even if that companionship is long distance. Look at the poll choices and substitute "companionship" or "friendship" for "welcome", see how they fit?!
