    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have to agree with you there Shawn!! I would do everything to get that package safe and sound because I would truly be in the (Dog House) Reptile Shed if something like this happened to me!!
 
3 heat paks and 80+ degree heat seems like a death sentence. What was the morning temp at first delivery attempt and the temp when the box was eventually opened?

I'd be worried with 3 heat packs over 60 degrees. 3 heat packs with one of them in contact with the snake bag worries me also.
 
I dont see any where on here that says the snake bag was in contact with the heat pack, if it does can you tell me where?

Post #44 states in answer to my question concerning a paper barrier between snake bag and heat pack.

the newspaper was under the snake not above it or between the heat pack

If, there was no paper between the snake bag and heat pack and they were in contact, I could see where the snake could have overheated and died.
 
i thought i just read that the seller offered to sell you another one for 100 and that now he reneged and sold it to some one else sounds a little fishy to me. i think he should at least offer to give you half of your money back then. either there has to be more to this whole story. i would like to here the other side of the story, from the seller.
