In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone,

I have been keeping boas for 12 years, but I'm relatively new to balls. I recently picked up a 2008 female Butter Spider (Butter Bee) 100% het Orange Ghost. Do you guys have any opinions on a male to put her with? Thanks in advance!

Hypo Mojo, POG, Caramel Albino het Ghost, or Black Pewter het Ghost. Those are my top picks. ...them being in my snake room COULD have something to do with the choices. ;) lol

Hmmm all good ideas... I may have to come up I-75 and see you if my Paradigm boa ever sells. :)

I agree with Matt, the caramel het ghost would be a good choice!

heck, even a pastel het ghost could get you some very interesting results and a big variety in a single clutch

I stand by all of my choices except for the Hypo Mojo. Even though I knew it was a Butterbee, I had Bumble on the brain! I wouldn't want to produce BEL ghosts with anything less than visual x visual; otherwise, you would not know for sure if it was a visual ghost or het (until able to breed, of course).

Your more than welcome to send her over to our place. W have a really nice visual male Pewter Ghost to go with her. I think that's 32 different combos that could be made.

Hypo Desert would be hot bred to your girl!

Ember Hypo would make some nice combos too!

Black Pastel Yellow Belly Hypo could also be interesting...

Any of these would be pretty awesome! An axanthic het hypo would be another great pairing.

If your not used to looking at the different morphs I would go with real stand out traits that make it easier to tell what each off spring has. Also I'm going to guess that you don't want to spend a fortune on your male. With those assumptions I would go with a Pastel Orange Ghost. They are fairly inexpensive and you get a wide variety of possibilities out of it. Humble queen bees are pretty cool!

Thanks for the advice. A lot of the ball morphs do look alike to my untrained eyes. :)

I would go POG (hypo pastel) if you have a budget.

If anything goes, I would go for a hypo pinstripe, or hypo lemonblast :yesnod::yesnod:
