Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What to do? Help

Been a long day already. I got out of the army in jan 2011. I moved back to pa where my wife can see her family. I started to get my collection up and buy some higher end morphs. Well a winter storm came and the landlord would not fix the roof which was leaking so I moved again. Well to get to the point I get a knock on my door and its my landlord. She tells me that 3 snakes have been sighted in my neighbors kitchen in the last 2 months and the lady KNOWS they were my snakes. However I have no snakes that were missing. Now the landlord tells me she starting a civil lawsuit against me and I have until the end of my lease to get out.(2 months) I told the landlord this and her response was " You are the only person around here who has snakes." So I decided to pay a visit to my neighbor which never said anything to me. She showed me a ball python she killed no more than 100g and said that the other 2 did not look like that one. I asked her what they looked like and she told me like rat snakes. I called my landlord and told her this and she told me when my lease is over I have to move. I never lost any of my snakes and because of someone else i have to move my family and my snakes.:angry::angry::angry:

Are you allowed to have snakes in your place per your original signed contract?

Yes snakes and Rats were in my contract. Im upset beacuse it took my a while to get a place saying "I own about 15 snakes"
 
Unfortunately a good majority of folks will always be scared of snakes, insects and rodents...sucks but seems to be true. I guess if your lease is expiring, then they have the right, similar to yourself, to renew it. Sorry to hear man!!
 
It seem that things never will go my way. I cant believe I am being blamed for this. I am just about to start a new jobs and get better morphs. Guess that will have to wait. Now i got to move snakes in 20-30 degree weather ohh yea good times

Extra deposit for snakes?
Show them an accounting for what you have?

In reality, why do they want you to leave?? Scaring other tenants? If you are a person who pays the rent and doesn't have issues with others, why would they want you to leave. If it is the snakes, what specifically about the snakes? Find the the no kidding root issue first. If is scaring the neighbors, stop and talk with the neighbors, kiss a little rear and see if they can get on your side.

A little butt kissing and education, could save a lot of work in the long run.

Bottom line, is it really the snakes or is there something else wrong with them?
 
I think they want me to leave. I keep to myself and don't talk to them. I pay my rent on time. The only thing my be my kids scream allot. Other than that no is no other thing. I am gone from 4 to 11pm every day. I think they are scared I have a large snake and that I am irresponsible.

Hey Mr. or Mrs. Landlord, why exactly do you want me to move out?

Again hard to figure out a solution unless we know what the real problem is.
 
Shane the only thing I could tell u is buy your own home start small and cheap. Save save save. I rented for 6 months and it sucked. Had a landlord who peeked in my windows came into house when I was not home. From there on out I bought my own home.
 
U can move snakes in cold just keep a cooler in warm house toss towel or towels in dryer get it hot toss back in cooler. put snakes in cooler and move to a nice warm running car. It worked when we moved my buddy's snakes.
