• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I bought a pair of columbian boas from a friend and I would like to know if my female is a morph? My male is insanely bigger than the female and they are both 8 I bought a pair of columbian boas from a friend and I would like to know if my female is a morph? My male is insanely bigger than the female and they are both 8 years of age. Male is 8 feet and about 40 pounds and female is 6 feet and about 30 pounds. They have lived in the same enclosure together for their whole lives and to my knowledge have only bred once. Should i keep them in the same enclosure? its 2 levels and it is about 6 feet long, 2 feet deep and 4 feet high. My friend has bred them and she had 16 babies and two of which were albinos. I only think she's morph because her pattern is a little different and she is very light colored. I don't think my male is but would like to know what you guys think! Thanks, Chase.

If they produced albinos, then they're both het for albinism. Aside from that, the picture just looks like a normal Colombian.

Also it's hard to tell in the photos but they do look like normal Colombians, one being a lighter shade or such is normal, boas are highly variable. some are more pink, some more yellow, some more brown, some highly speckled, some very clean, etc.

I'd also separate them, snakes in general are much better off when housed by themselves, both from a stress level as well as for the keeper to be able to monitor sheds, water intake, etc.
