    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What's a good vehicle for transporting herps?

So, my wife says to me, "Honey, I want a new car." Thinking ahead I say, "Sure. Maybe we should get something that we can haul my snakes to the shows in." She agrees......... YESSS! So, I'm thinking of a Yukon. My wife would never go for a full sized van, as practical as it may be. A mini van is out of the question....absolutely zero cool points. (No offense meant if you drive one. :) )

So what's good for moving herps around? What do you guys like or dislike?

i would say any kind of SUV would be good and if you still need more space suv's can pull things like a nice enclosed trailer something not to big Yukons are very nice but i like the excursions myself

A Honda Passport or Toyota Pathfinder would be a good choice.
Lots of room to haul stuff and it is not as uncool as a minivan (sorry but I will never be caught in one of those. LOL)

uhh... I took my MINI Cooper to the last show I sold at... :rofl:

Honestly though, anything with a hatchback and fold-flat seats works well. I don't like the vehicles that have a 3rd row seat that has to be removed. Some of them are 70+ lbs and once you take it out, you have to find somewhere to put it.
