Well, I really hate to point the finger at anyone, but I do believe the answer to who planned this campaign is plainly spelled out in Rozann's messages. When all is said and done, what did her thread really try to accomplish?

Well I'll give you a hint, but it is really only circumstantial evidence, and certainly no proof by any stretch of the imagination.

I took a look at my FaunaTopSites website and found something pretty interesting. Take a look at the first graphic below that is a representation of the traffic levels from a particular website. Notice the line that says "Clicks"? That is an indicator of the number of times someone clicked through from the mini banner on their website to check the stats of their entry on FaunaTopSites. Clicking on that link takes them directly to the FaunaTopSites site and is a pretty fair indication of someone on that site having an interest in how things are going, traffic wise, with their site's listing. In that graphic, "Today" is actually the 24th.

Just to verify what I was seeing, I also took a snapshot just a few moments ago off of ReptiRank to see if there were similar results there as well. What I saw was that yesterday (which was the 24th) is showing the same results I am seeing on FaunaTopSites. In that graphic the "Total Hits In" figures are indicators of someone clicking IN to ReptiRank from their website to check their traffic stats.

Now ask yourself, WHY did those clicks jump so dramatically on the 24th to see how the traffic levels were doing? What was going on *somewhere* to make someone at that site so darned interested in how their traffic levels were changing?

Like I said, purely circumstantial, but interesting nonetheless, eh?

Only Contributor level members and above in good standing on this site are allowed to do so. Wes was informed on 10/23/05 that his certification had been revoked and was requested to remove the banner from his website at http://www.calkings.com. An audit of his website on 10/25/05 showed that he had not complied with this request, so a followup email was sent to him that day requesting that he comply with my request to remove that certification icon immediately. His reply back to me was that he has been unable to remove that icon because he could not contact his web hosting and design person. But he has been making efforts to do so. Well, I figured it would be best for me to contact this person myself, just in case Wes were just dragging his feet on this issue. So I checked the WHOIS database and this is what I saw as the owner of the website doing the design and hosting of Wes's website:

Jim yes I did and I did pay for it in more ways then 1 But just because of what I did in the past doesn't give credence to this here, Do I feel bad about Wes being gone? Yes but I don't lose sleep over it... Rozann, cut the crap. You have no credibility here. I believe it has been proven beyond a reasonable person's doubt that your intent behind this thread was trolling. You have attacked people with no real basis behind your accusations, claiming you made a mistake when it was pointed out to you that you were wrong or confused. You have also pretty much proven you are acting as a tool for one or more other people just by the quotes you are providing (one of which was deleted because it was from a banned person and you were not granted any permission to include that within your postings here). You have used profanity in one of the posts you recently made here, which in itself is a suspendable offense. The dead horse you are beating is yourself.

I did not read the quote that you posted from Wes before I deleted it, but a couple of things come to mind. One is that Wes is obviously using you for his own intentions here. Anyone out there not able to believe that at this point? It is also pretty obvious that Wes would have one horrendous chip on his shoulder even if he were to come back here, and as such, that is just not going to happen, no matter how much money some people will dredge up in order to do so. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he could change his ways, but it is now crystal clear that this was a foolish hope on my part. To be honest, I would not doubt in the least that any supposed quotes coming from Wes were not doctored by him. From his actions in recruiting you as a tool here to still draw attention to him, I am afraid I cannot rule out him doing anything at all.

So, Rozann, you are simply going to be fined and suspended. You can pay the fine and come back, but I think it is clear that you really are not welcome on this site. There is at least one more fine awaiting for you if you do decide to pay the original fine.

So I hope I have laid to rest any doubts about my determining that banning Wes Pollock was in the best interests of this site.

Giving my personal info was bad. finding it is fine, but an owner of a company giving out in the open I am not so sure is fine. Not fine at all. You could have xxx'ed out my personal info but did not. And it was put on there in a thread against me.

Not at all. FaunaTopSites and FaunaClassifieds are two different websites. "G" did not have to go to FaunaTopSites in order to view this thread. Someone was going to FaunaTopSites solely to check the stats of their website there. That's what it is there for.
