    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello, kinda new here. I have always kept my snakes warm using thermometers and dimmers. someone told me about a proportional thermostat. i think i want to buy a herpstat by spyder robotics. it seems like i can only buy it directly from them. i would like to see if anyone knows of a reseller that sells these thermostats. good price + good service = a great deal.. please help.
 
There are some resellers, but you get the price and service right from Dion (the owner) - why not buy direct?
 
The Bean Farm and GLK Herp are the only U.S. resellers of Spyder Robotics merchandise. So if you want a Herpstat, those are your 3 choices.
 
Thanks, Sammy - I knew there was somebody besides the Bean Farm, and didn't want to throw them up as the only option. I don't know anything about GLK, but the Bean Farm seems to have a strong reputation...and as I said, you can't go wrong dealing directly with Dion.
 
Agreed Harald. I shop at The Bean Farm on a regular basis, but I always go direct to Dion when ordering my thermostats. Dion is the best!!

Cool, so i should just call and ask for Dion? I didn't know i could just call and speak with the man.. thanks alot.. Do these units ever go on sale? ive seen them for like no less than 135. thanks for the help//
