    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Some of you may remember the pics of my little "failure to thrive", a very dark (melanistic, if you will) baby that wanted no part of this world. He was the runt of the litter, and just plain old would not eat (and frequently didn't drink enough, either).
This is him, as he appeared in his debut here (note the peaked spine, jutting ribs, and skin folds):

After several months of soaking for hydration and force feeding, he finally willingly took a small rat pink (willingly, once I had it in past its shoulders, lol) The thing looked huge as he tried to swallow it, but he got it down and, if I may be allowed to anthropomorphize just a bit, looked very pleased with himself afterwards. He has since taken several meals on his own, off the tweezers, and this is how he looked today.

fantastic! he looks great, and his color is just awesome. Glad you were able to convince him to stick around for awhile.
If you breed him, here's hoping his kids don't have his pickyness! :D
