For those of you who want the meat and potatoes of this story;
Paid for crickets, never got them. Filed a report to the Better Business Bureau. Awaiting refund.
Now the whole story.
Paid for crickets on the 12th of November. According to their shipping policy I'd have to wait until the next Monday for the crickets to be shipped which is fine. On the following Tuesday I emailed them twice asking where my crickets were. I emailed them twice because the first time I forgot to include my name and order number.
On Wednesday I got the same reply to both emails.
"We do apologoize for the delay we are in the process of changing hands are are back logged with orders due to this. We are hoping to ship them within the next week or so if you would like to wait that would be great if not let us know and we will cancel the order and issue you a refund. Thank you."
That same day I responded with "Cancel my order and issue a refund" Since it was already Wednesday I didn't feel like waiting until next Monday to see if they would ship my crickets. Especially since I jumped on the BOI to look up wormman.com.
I waited a few days and sent an email again asking about my refund. No reply. Then another email which also got no reply. So I had enough and reported them to the www.bbb.org
On the 26th I got an email that read "Thank you for shopping with Wormman.com. Your order will be shipped on our next scheduled shipping date. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 24hours of delivery so that we can honor our live delivery guarantee."
WTF???? They better not be shipping any crickets!!!
Anyway, as I'm writing this post I went back to wormman.com to check my dispute status/record and I can't believe my eyes. All the communication between wormman.com and I was no longer on the website except for me asking where my crickets were and their lame auto reply message(Nov 18th & 19th). But I have the original emails saved to hotmail account. Now I just have to see if I ever get that refund
