    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Are they still in business. I heard a rumor that they have stopped shipping and are not taking any orders.. Any truth to this ?
 
doesn't look like they're closed down looking at their site....
I've ordered from them a few dozen times, and had a couple of issues, but all were resolved with replacements in a relatively decent amount of time. I've been hearing a lot of problems with them lately, although I haven't had to use crickets in a couple of years now ( been using B. lateralis from www.thebugpros.com) instead.... I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again due to good luck in the past though....
 
I ordered crickets 3 weeks ago from them. They took my money pay pal. I have emailed them and called and they never got back to me. Not sure what is going on.

okay, maybe I lied.... I would hesitate to purchase from them now.... Since yesterday when I read my post I've seen a LOT of problems coming from wormman.com about not shipping orders. Seems to have really gotten bad the last few weeks.
Good luck getting your refund....
 
My phoenix worms shipment has been "processing" for over two weeks. I used their customer support function on the website over a week ago, and was never contacted.

I will not do business with them again, and I wish I had done a little research here first, as it seems they have a long history of poor service.
