Hey all!
Yesterday, I had an idea. I was considering compiling a basic care sheet compendium of most captive kept reptiles, everything from your common bearded dragon to Rhacodactylus leachianus. This could take possibly years and perhaps, depending on how it went it could perhaps be published as a "at a glance" book. Note, I don't mean just care sheet, the layout I had in mind would be a at a glance for the more than novice keeper - I would like to spend the beginning speaking about common husbandry ideas and such like (how to maintain humidity, substrates, night cycles, rain water systems and their effects.. methods and such), then move onto the bulk which would consist of common name and scientific names and, once again, not a detailed sheet with alot of text, rather, the information that matters (ex)
((This would be a layout for part of one on Python regius)
Temp: 90/75-80
Humidity:Moderate(50%)
Terrarium: 30"x12"x16" neonate: 20"10"12"
etc.
The goal is to be an at a glance guide, with solid info.
Would there be a market in your opinions? Would you purchase a book like this, provided the information was solid?
