www.exoticlizards.com is an awesome site. I was able to e-mail them and get responses within five minutes. It only took one hour from when I first saw their site to completion of my first sale with them. That hour included many questions and individual e-mails about their leopard gecko. Questions like, what did you feed them, how old are they, are they male or female, is that confirmed...etc... And they were able to answer all of My questions quickly, and confidently. I was able to place the order for a Leopard Gecko, and got it the next morning (today).
Today, I went back after noticing how healthy their gecko was, and asked them what they fed them, including what supplements they used. He again very quickly informed me, and was able to strick a second deal on getting those sent to me today, probably will be here sometime next week.
Oh, and one more thing, their prices are about 35% less than any petstore prices....consistently.
So, overall, they get a 5star rating for customer service and satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy any lizards or accesories. They really are about customer satisfaction.
