• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info www.tierneyreptiles.com (WARNING)

he got the wood from a lumber yard and most of the time the wood is stored out doors but still you can pick thru it so there no reson for this. thats the way lumber yards are her in MN

better quality pics will have to wait tell tomorrow sorry
It'll simply help. Not "required".
I will say it was not used but I can tell if he does this as business he should haved used better wood

Please forgive my spelling and grammar

The dents and warping would suggest otherwise. But you have the product in hand.

Well, cool down, take some better pictures, and give him a chance to respond. The decision whether or not to take the high road and make this right is up to the seller, not the buyer, and doesn't come with instructions....

Reason I now it was not used in because there was no holes in the wood or rust on the metal screen but with this guy who knows

All the wood I just bought from Home Depot and Lowe's was stored inside. Some is warped, like was mentioned, but there was a lot of good stuff too. Here, in Northern CA, a 1"x3"x8' is $1.43, a 2"x2"x8' is $1.48.

Could have been used to support something heavy over 2 other pieces. (Like a Jawhorse or something to that extent)

I feel for you, Jon.....while I am not against free enterprise at all, there are definitely people in this business (and others) who are, ummm.....more opportunist than others.

His website looks pretty legit.....it's his attitude in the conversations that I am worried about. Hopefully, he'll come here to tell his side of the story.

Sorry about the b-day gift, Jon, and I hope you get a happy ending. In the meantime, your wife sounds like a keeper .

I know......I just think he probably got some plans online, got a decent website going, and ran with it. I'm all for free enterprise....don't get me wrong. I may even start selling some chicken coops myself. Heck, maybe there's room in the rat rack business. The thing that pi&&es me off is like your quote below your posts....

sorry if these are not any better but this is the best I can do
