    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well then I cant see why you should be asking anyone to not pass judgment on you when the only information points to you obviously being a crook.

Until you can justify why you jerked the guy around for so long to get his animals back I think its perfectly OK for anyone to call you a crook...CROOK.

Wyatt and I have come to an agreement. It is easier for him and I for a payment instead of returning snakes. I stated a price and he is agreeing to pay for the snakes and the inconvience. He stated that it is more than fair to pay a little extra for my inconvience.

Sorry dude been through allot in the past few weeks. The females were bred but have not ovulated yet. They were bred by a spider het albino male and the other by my pastel het ghost. Most of mine have already started ovulaing and some have even laid eggs. I suspect them to ovulate within the next two weeks. I will keep you updated.

I never received any animals. Wyatt told me he did not breed anything because he was getting a divorce and spitting with his partner. The PM I have above says differently. Time went on and I did not hear from Wyatt for a while. He would not respond to any emails or to any replies to ads he had posted. I got Wyatt's number from his old partner and I have been trying to get my snakes for over 8 months now. He will tell me he is sending them through the airport and to be available the next day to pick them up. This is only when he decides to pick up. I would then go a week or two without hearing from him. He then tells me he is having trouble shipping and that he will ship the next day. I never received my snakes and I am getting very irritated. I know he has sold and shipped many snakes over the last few months and days.

Is he also compensating you for the share of the babies he produced but did not share with you or did he just talk you into giving up on that as well as selling him your now proven breeders?
 
hmm if I were you I'd take the snake ship back with compensation for the first shipping. Seeing as what he tried to do with you, who knows what he'd do with potential customers.
 
adding to my previous comment: also, I'm not sure how you two came about that desision, but maybe since you didnt see a share of the babies, I wonder if he found something out about your breeders that makes him not want to ship them back and hope to buy them from you instead so that he can profit on it?
 
lol yeah, about 2 years ago my first snake was named Nagini, a little blood cross corn snake. I still have her but she's to sweet so I renamed her Chi
 
In retrospect, if your really happy with whatever he said to get you to give up on your girls and the amount of money your getting I guess that is your business but in my book, based on this thread and the thread about him and the sick snakes, he is one of the guys who ranks right down there with another Damon featured in one of the longest threads on the BOI.

I have to say I have purchased different ball morphs on 3 different occasions from Wyatt and only once did I run into trouble. He charged me for shipping when I payed him for the animal to be shipped but hes taken care of that. And as far as his first name take it easy I have the same name but mine is DAMIAN and I dont want anyone getting us confused (no offense to Wyatt). I dont know why he hasnt answered this thread but I will email it to him and see if he replies to it. Im not defending what he did to you but Im just going off of my own experiences with him.

Just so that you are updated, Jacks snakes were bagged and sent back to him over a year and a half ago. After we got home from Daytona and had realized what had happened, since we did share an end table together with Jack we bagged them up and shipped them all back to him.

Again I contacted him (with alot of trouble) and he told me multiple times that a refund check for the shipping costs was in the mail.... NEVER ARRIVED.

I have finally given up....WYATT screwed me for $60! Arrgghhhh...

You cannot treat people like this... its not right and the herp community is too small... especially when I only live 3 hours south of the person...sooner or later we'll run into eachother at a herp show!
