Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I sent Yaisel 2 pairs of lizards roughly 6-7 weeks ago. He had contacts me asking if I had any Xenosaurus newmanorum available. I had him call me so unfortunately a lot of the discussion is not in text. I do have supporting messages to validate my claims. Yaisel was supposed to be getting an import and was going to make some money and would have my money ($1000)in a week. I said no problem but I need that money asap because I have extra purchases coming from the Hamm show in Germany. I have been more than generous over the years with Yaisel. I have consulted with him to advise him on his imports. I even connected him with my broker so he could streamline his efforts. So I kept getting the runaround. Then he stopped responding. Then his number got disconnected. So I private messaged him here on fauna because I can see if he logs on and would know he got my message. He replied in a confrontational and combative tone and told me to email. So I did. Again bad attitude and confrontational. He is throwing out wild accusations. First he didn't have money. Now he has had some mental breakdown from a rape in his childhood. I told him to send my money or my animals or I will post here I don't care about his problems I have enough of my own. At that point he got even more combative and started deflecting more. He started accusing me of being a smuggler etc. I have had my import export license a very long time and I specialize in rare and obscure species. He also told me to go ahead and post because the reptile business sucks and that people will tear me apart here because I said a mean thing to him in response to his despicable and disgraceful attitude. It's easy. Send me my money or the animals back this is a reasonable and fair solution. Wouldn't hurt to get my shipping money back also but it's unlikely I will get anything at this point. My phone is going to die but I will be posting all messages very soon. I would wait until I am at a computer but j am out of town and he has put me in a corner.

I knew he had been on fauna and seen my message but he didn't reply so I sent another message.he replied to this message acting offended that I had the audacity to message him here. Well i am 41 and honestly I hate Facebook. It is a time consuming detached form of keeping relationships functional. So after this I emailed him as he instructed. Might I add I was a little offended that someone who owes me money and who's number was cut off is upset I messaged them in a manor that was not on their terms

So I emailed him and told him I don't care about his problems I have enough of my own with 4 kids and a business etc. If yaisel is telling me the truth than I feel bad for him but it isn't my problem and frankly it's no excuse to not contact me and send the animals back. He has had no issue responding to people on Facebook withon 30 seconds to sell stuff to them while I was on the phone with the person messaging him. First he didn't have money because his import didn't happen. Then he had a mental breakdown. Then I am a smuggler and now it's back to the fact that he said he would pay when his import came. Well there was a timeline attached to these animals payment import or not so stop with the excuses and send the animals back. Its really quite simple
 
That email got no reply even though he was happy to reply to people I had contacting him on Facebook inquiring about the availability of the very species he owed me for letting them know he had a pair to sell. So I emailed him to his other address.this one

Then he replied to my first email. Claiming he is too busy with all his drama. Even though as I stated he is fully functional in every capacity here on fauna and on Facebook with everything related to his business and interactions involving reptiles. Only my particular emails and issue seem to be a low priority due to his personal problem. Now let me sayi am not lacking sympathy and compassion. However yaisel never contacted me telling me he had personal problems. Never said he has money can he send the animals back. In fact he never mentioned anything until I finally harassed him enough to respond and when he did he threw his so called PTSD in my face in some type of passive aggressive way of telling me to basically piss off. I lose my compassion with rude people who owe me money and basically tell me to get lost. So even if, as he claims, we agreed to settle after this import it was still attached to a timeline. And even if it wasn't yaisel clearly isn't possessing the mental capacity to do this import any time soon so just send the animals back. I don't believe he is telling the truth and even if he is it is irrelevant to my money or animals. In his reply to me you can see his attitude and lack of any remorse at all. Stating it was my choice to have kids???? And he didn't choose to get raped??? Seriously just send back the animals

Mental illness? If he knows enough to describe what is happening, and if he had enough snap to do as he claimed and move his critters to a friend, he could have also had that friend complete transactions for him, so I think he is taking you for a ride.
 
So at this point I am getting pissed. First of all we are not friends. Just because you are friends in Facebook or chat on the phone a few times does not make you friends. That is a term I reserve for very select people in my life. There have been subsequent emails but nothing that's truly relates to this issue. Threats of character assassination from yaisel if I post here and that he doesn't care bla bla typical stuff of people who rip off others. Deflection accusations and threats from him. So yaisel has until Tuesday to keep his word and send my animals back but I know he won't as he has said as much and to my knowledge he doesn't even have both pAirs anymore.

Well Lucille I was unaware of that thread. I highly doubt the validity of his claims and even so... It doesn't matter to me. He could have contacted me and sent the animals back upon discovering he had so called PTsd but he didn't. And frankly I don't care I won't get into details but I can assure you my childhood is worse than yaisels, in fact it was horrific and worse than just about anything I have ever heard about in books films or the news. It doesn't give me a free pass and it shouldn't him. I am aware of yaisel a outbursts. I Think yaisels real issue is that he is an over grown spoiled brat. He is never wrong, it isn't his fault and he isn't reaponsible.

Jay, I'm sorry:( I feel bad for you.
On the other hand, you have overcome a bad past, have a good business and have a family now, that shows a lot of character.
