    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bought some reptile supplies along with a probing kit, yaz was extremely prompt with messaging back and forth. Would definitely do business again, transaction went smoothly, would recommend to anyone.
 
I also bought some hides, hemostats, and a probe kit from him. Everything was just like he said. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. He always kept in contact with me until i received my package. I would recommend anyone to do buisness with him.
 
purchased a snake from Yaz , it arrived today as promised ... in absolute perfect shape, new box ...excellent packing... looks better than the pics

he is a great guy to deal with online or on the phone, cares about his animals he sells .... don't hesitate to buy from this guy ...you wont be disappointed....
 
I will say that I have dealt with Yaz, both online, via phone and in person. He is excellent to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again and again.
 
I bought some Flukers gauges and they were shipped the next day and arrived when he said they would. All 3 worked as said and still had the clear plastic over the displays. He had great communication throughout the process. Great price as well. Would highly recommend to deal with. Thanks Yaz
 
Amazing boaphiles

Yaz is one amazing guy. Orderd Boaphiles of him for a great price even got a good shipping deal for me. The tanks came in within a week. The tank was missing a uth and without telling me sends me twenty back. Hes really easy to talk to and even talked to me when the tanks were sent. I hope to do bussiness again. Just bought a ginormous female Coastal Carpet from Yaz. She came in at 12lbs and very healthy. Not obese. Just BIG.The entire transaction was very smooth and the animal was exactly as advertised.

I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Yaz again.
 
I purchased a hatchling rack from yaz a few days ago. He was quick to answer every message, he is very friendly. The rack is looks great, and it arrived exactly when he said it would. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. Thanks yaz.
 
Yaz is a great guy to do business with! He held my Coastal Carpet Python for almost two months for warmer weather (we live in Alaska so it took awhile!) even though he stated in the original ad he wanted to find him a new home as soon as possible. The Carpet arrived two days ago and he is absolutely beautiful! Yaz kept in contact the whole time and was willing to answer any questions we had. He was always friendly and looking for other ways to help us out with the transaction. With how friendly Yaz is and how amazing his quality animals are I look forward to doing business again with him in the future! Thanks Yaz! :D
 
I just finished a transaction with Yaz and I can say he's a top notch guy. Clear, prompt communication, accurate product description, and fast shipping. Although the item I bought was used, it was obviously taken care of and cleaned up as if it were new. Don't hesitate to buy from him!
 
I purchased a Woma from Yaz and received it Tuesday. I talked to him several times by phone discussing weather on my end as well as his. He was very nice to talk to and paid a lot of attention to detail. One detail he caught that I overlooked was to make sure the package would get through Memphis with the flooding they are having. The snake arrived in great shape, packed nicely and was as nice as he said it was. Thank you Yaz and hope to meet you in Daytona.
 
Yaz yet again comes through for me! I got a diamond x jungle carpet better then what I was suspected . The first package fedex did a pretty bad job handling the package it was delayed came to my doorstep. The box was upside down and the snake arrived dead:(. Soon as it arrived I told him and he believed me like the good guy he is. Then sent out a even nicer jungle right after. He also paid the shipping for that snake! The snake arrived alive and amazing. Soon as I got her out of her bag she ate like a champ. Yaz thanks again for the smooth transaction! Cant wait to do business again for a male carpet:)! Thank you Yaz!
 
Got a wonderful ball python from Yaz! He was really great about working with me when I couldn't afford to get her right away. Smooth transaction and safe shipping. If Yaz ever gets into ball pythons (he had this one cause she came in a package deal) I'll do business again.
 
Lauren, I will convert you to love Carpets so I'm pretty sure you'll end up buying a Carpet from me eventually :D Ball pythons are fun but Carpets and Boas are more fun :thumbsup: lol

What can I say that hasn't been said, Yaz has been on of my favorite people to deal with. I don't know why you'd hesitate to do business with him, but I can tell you DON'T! :) Really great communication, and cares about the animal. Very awesome to talk to as well! Not only have I gained an absolute MUST go-to-guy to buy from, but hopefully a long term friend!

I purchased an older ball python & 4ish year old central american / columbian mixed Boa from Yaz around a week ago. Both were very tame as Yaz described and ate f/t without any hesitation just as he said they would.

I had the fortune of meeting Yaz in-person. He was nice enough to come to my house & let us see the snakes before we decided to purchase them. The ball python was mis-sexed, [ was a male, not female ] but when I informed Yaz offered to take the ball python back and refund us our money, and was very apologetic about the whole thing.

Ended up keeping the ball since he's such a sweetheart & a good f/t eater. Either way, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Yaz. He's a really great guy, and great to talk to in person. If there is a mistake, he's the first one who wants to do anything he can to correct it. Yaz definitely cares about his customers. :)

I just received a CA Boa from him and he's perfect, exactly what I was looking for! He was in great condition and perfectly packaged.

I have to admit I might have been a little hard to deal with because my schedule is crazy and I kept changing when shipping would work for me. He was very easy going and understanding about the whole thing. I'd definitely do business with him again!
