    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I currently have a snake listed for sale on another website. I clearly state in the ad I don't want to ship as I haven't jumped thru the proper hoops to become Fed Ex certified. I don't produce anything of my own yet and I can count the animal deals I've done online with 1 hand. So it's really not worth it at this point to go thru their process.
I was contacted by a potential buyer that seems extremely interested in buying my snake but I'd have to ship it. I explained that I wasn't certified and that I didn't want to put me or him in a position where the snake was held over for a TOS violation and ended up with a URI or dead. He's offered to completely absolve me from ANY responsibility assuming that it's what he considers packaged well. Now to my question..
He says he's certified to ship reptiles via Fed Ex and says that he can arrange shipping so that I'd only have to print out a shipping lable under his account. So basically all I'd have to do is pack the snake well, print out the shipping lable and drop the snake off. At which point my responsibility would end. The question is can I use his account to "legally" (as far as Fed Ex TOS is concerned) ship the snake without me actually being certified?? Does it really work the way he's implying it does? Thanks for any help.
