    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

you guys.....

Sorry ive been away for a while guys busy work week.

Sumas are awesome, anyone seen a paradox suma? :rofl:

Its a project Id love to get into, havent really seen any at all for sale...
though I havent looked that hard.

I think the super Black pastels are almost as clean as the Suma. BHB has some nice animals, but even for new stuff, they seem to always be at the highest end of the price ranges and the animals don't always portray the higher end of that particular morph. Sometimes they are A+ animals but just saying. Saw a Suma advertised as a paradox but it only had a large ( ping pong ball sized) white spot on top of the back, one of the times I think paradox would devalue the snake. I haven't looked real hard cuz they simply aren't in the budget right now.

Wanted to point out that the Suma in previous post was not offered by BHB, and when I stated my opinion about their pricing I was doing just that, Stating my opinion. I'm in no way discouraging anyone.

yeah but the definition of paradox and the use of it in the ball python world is two different things. If someone calls a pastel a paradox because it contradicts the ordinary they are going to get laughed off of fauna.

What bugs me most about some Ball keepers is, the normals they think are morphs. Ball Python patterns vary from one locale to the next. Back in the early 90s banded balls were coming in by the truck load. Now because you don't see as many, they are "genetic banded". Of course it's genetic. It's inherited from the locale and passed on to offspring. It's just not recessive or co-dom. Seems to happen more and more now. Normal animals have just as much variability as any other morph. People just look to deeply into it because they want the next big morph....when so many are very subtle. Prove it out before you call it something it isn't.

My $0.02

hahahaha I'm not to the point of peeking in peoples windows yet Robert. Yeah I agree Brandon but at least with genetic banded the genetics pass on to the offsprings.

Yes, but not what is truly considered genetic. It used to be called inherited. Kind of like black and white cal kings from the mojave desert are different than those from coastal regions. Same snakes...same genetics....different inherited appearances from adaptation and different environments. I hope that made more sense.

Yeah but if it is inherited it is genetic. Yeah its not necessarily a morph but its still passed on to the offsprings. Would I pay more for a genetic banded as opposed to any other normal, no probably not but its still passed on so it means it is genetic. even a normal ball python is technically genetic lol right? Brings a new spin to the word genetic haha. I'm just playing devils advocate. :reddevil:
