In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i say jeff corwin because he does cooler stuff he's a better snake catcher because i have never seen him be bitten.oh and steve gets really annoying when he talks like that for a while.

I haven't really watched a lot of Wildlife Shows, but recently The Jeff Corwin Experience has caught my attention. Not only do I learn a lot, but I enjoy his humor. It's a pretty cool show that makes me wish I had my own Wildlife show! hehe :hehe:

Jeff Corwin is great, he cracks me up, and he definately knows his stuff and has a great respect for animals. I saw him speak at my university too. very cool guy.

Austin Stevens...... I'm waiting for the day I hear about him getting fatally bit by something. Ugh. unprofessional doofus.

Did you see the time he was bitten by a King Cobra? What an idiot! As soon as the hospital let him out, he was right back pissing them off so he could get his shot of one in a hooded posture! Man, that guy is dense!

I hardly ever watch any of these shows (I don't have cable), but I do catch Jeff from time to time. The last show I saw, he was showing the difference between a coral snake and a mimic....and the mimic decided to try and eat his arm! ROFL He was screaming like a little girl as this tiny snake chewed into his arm. And that's not the only time I've seen him get bit - just the only one that comes to mind right now.

and i just have to say this

AUSTIN STEVENS SUCKS! it says hes a snake master BUT HE ISENT! i mean i saw a episode with him trying to find anacondas and he says that there the largest snake in the world and i mean any snake person knows that the retic is the largest i was soooo annoyed! but yeah thats my little rant

yah.....i saw this episode too...i think he was meaning heaviest when he said largest..which is true..cuz retics are the longest..but not the heaviest...but i can say,,,something went TERRIBLY wrong when they let this guy have his own show....i just didnt understand it..and basically, in every episode it was the same thing..he was looking for one specific snake,,and he went through a hundred other snakes,,,,,and at the end of the show..he "happens" to find the one he was looking for...yah...........okay...

i personally LOVE Steve Irwin..hes awesome....and i love his accent..i learn a lot from him.........but something that i found about dissapointed me just a bit...the snakes that he deals with are all his,,and they plant them in a specific place and he "finds" them.......BUT...i do know that all the croc footage is real.......which is respectable...and jeff corwin is my other favorite.....he adds humor to his show, and that catches peoples attention while also teaching them about conservation and animals...i love it....and i love his tattoo...make him kinda sexy...hehe :dgrin:

I do not like Steve Irwin, I remember when he first started he was on Leno I think and was talking about taking all these precautions to not get bit, now he gets bit all the time.
Jeff Corwin is good, you learn alot and he is humorous without going overboard.
But I do favor Wildboyz, the only time that you really learn anything is when Manny is with them. I remember one time they did a sketch called tattoo. They found a big African Rock Python and pissed it off till it bit Chris and then they rubbed tattoo ink in the bite, that was funny.
But I noticed one missing. Jack Hanna, that guy is great. He used to have a show back in the day through one of the amusement parks.
Anyways that is my 2 cents.

Rob Bredl, or the Barefoot Bushman of Killer Instinct, is my pick. This guy is a awesome host, as well as brave. The way he just sits on them monster crocodiles is unreal.

i have to go with marlin perkins . i grew up with him and his show had a big influence on me . as for todays hosts , i guess corwin would be my pick for the same reasons as stated by many others already .

I have to go with Marlin Perkins. Nothing touches the original.
Steve Irwin let the camera go to his head and the way Terri tries to act like an Aussie is way past stupid.

Corwin is as funny as a backwoods amputation.

O'Shea is too techinical and his delivery is as exciting as the colors of a filing cabinet.

Perkins delivered with knowledge and allowed the animals to be themselves. He nevered used overboard techinical terms, but instead kept it to a level that I, as a kid, could understand.

As I sit here, in the safety of the Land Rover, we can observe Jim, circumcising the Water Buffalo. Notice the shot of Me, raising the binoculars to my eyes.

I voted for Killer Instinct because he (Rob Bredl) gives more of a variety of animals, his shows seem like they are not staged like a lot of others, he knows a lot about animals and he has a very good disposition towards everyone and how he explains things.
