Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My name is ANDREW COVERT (purdue0709) and this BOI includes a YUKI MAEDA (SERGEI). Yuki and I agreed to partake in an internet trade from this site. The items traded are Panther chameleons (lizards). March 25,2014 Yuki and I were supposed to send the chameleons in the mail. My package was sent and arrived safe Wednesday morning directly to her house. My package that Yuki sent ended up down the street from my house with a different name on the box with my tracking number. Fed Ex and I worked out the situation as this was supposed to be my package. Yuki's return address was valid. I opened the box, and to my dismay I had received live plants. I immediately contacted Yuki and she said it was a mistake and she would send the chameleon out next week. I get it mistakes happen! Friday April 4 I received another bogus package containing a fish filter. Yet again sent to a wrong address with my tracking number on it. Yuki had agreed to pay $250 in return for a chameleon which I agreed to accept to cut our loss. I sent her a paypal invoice for the agreed amount. April 5 at 9:02 pm, Yuki sent me a paypal replicated email saying the payment went through. That was later followed up by another email saying we had trouble processing your funds. I called paypal, and they told me to send them the emails as there was no activity on my account. I did and it came back fraud/phishing within five minutes of forwarding the email. I try and email her now and I get an auto email response saying she was involved in a major car accident and is on deaths bed. I know a James on Facebook that is talking to her as we speak doing business transactions. I know two other parties that contacted me saying how she haggles them with their animals sent. She has been trying to collect her money back for "sick" animals. I know the internet makes it a buyer beware market, but she stole my pet and she is scamming other people. She needs to be stopped. At this point she should not have any pets as she does not seem stable to care for them. Ideally I would like my Chameleon back, but I will take the $250 as stated by Yuki. I have all the evidence needed to prove my case. (Photos, emails, and fellow reptile enthusiast support)

Really weird that on March 29th she would be filing a complaint about a chameleon she received that ended up dying and meanwhile she is allegedly executing a scam on someone else.

Kati: Also right on! We talked earlier how unpleasant and rude she has been. I HAVE DEVELOPED GREY HAIR AT THE AGE OF 23 FROM THIS LADY

SoCalAce: Did she file a complaint about you? Because Brays chameleon and my friend James both sent "sick, dying" animals that she is complaining about......HOW DO WE STOP THIS LADY?

What can we do to stop her? She stole from me! No different than stealing anything else. Just because it is a chameleon, doesnt make it any less valuable legally to investigate.
 
The thread she started is actually right under this one at the moment. Ridiculous. I hope you get this straightened out.

I'll speak for myself, thanks. Katie Lemons and I did not have an exchange of any sort. No money, no animal. It wasn't even on this thread. She's just bitter because not everybody agreed with her contribution to the forums.

Bray's Chameleons is full of shit. Attached is the screen shot of the message we exchanged. Where does it say anything about how I said they sold me a sick animal?

Also attached are pictures of the animal connorshogs sent me. She looks so healthy, doesn't she? He also didn't mention this part, did he? I asked him to ship to door. Told him someone would be home to bring them in, but that nobody would be able to pick up at FedEx hub. So, what does he do? He ships to the hub! I told him how I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up from the hub, and he told me he called FedEx to have them deliver it to the house. Late that afternoon, he tells me that I'm going to have to drive to the hub to pick him up. Wtf? I told him I hadn't planned for this and can't just leave work. They close at 8:15, I work till 11. He tells me that he'll just ask then to redeliver to my door the next day. Now it's gone from overnight shipping to 2-day shipping. Wtf? So I had to frantically make phone calls and arrange someone to go pick him up. They get there, and they can't find the package. Four or five people start discussing the package and how nobody knew what to do with it because there were notes and stickers put on the box by the seller that contradicted everything else. They were pissed. Finally found it. They were even more pissed that they were supposed to close at 9:15 but ended up not being able to until 9:40. Yup. And I opened the box up, and it reeks of death. I literally thought they were dead. The linen bags they were in smell so strong of old cat urine. I told him that she won't open her eyes, and if he had a cat, and if it was possible that the cat pissed on the bag and it burned her eyes.

You guys can gang up to point fingers and try to pick on the low man on the totem pole to cover up your wrongdoings, but that doesn't change the fact that you guys are significantly less than professional.

I'd like to see Bray come in to tell me where I said they sold me a sick chameleon...

And the chameleon I filed a complaint for on 3/29 actually have a vet's statement to accompany it. May have to take Connors female to the vet if she doesn't start opening her eyes or eating. I guess I'll take the linen bags with me to see if they can test to see if it's cat piss.

First off I told u keep me updated cuz she was healthy when left here u told me to ship to hub then I shipped u said to door. You didn't pick them.up till like 830 at night I told u keep me updated on the female. Cuz she looked off.
 
I ain't sending you anything. The first time, you sent the box back. The second time, you lost it all together! Tracking number says it was delivered. I offered to send you your Ambanja back and you're not willing to do that because you want the cash. You essentially "sold" me the Ambanja and instead of the trade that this was supposed to be, you're insisting you keep not getting him so that you can just get the cash. Why didn't you just try selling yours for cash outright to begin with? For all I know, you have my Nosy Be too and are just claiming he's lost. Tracking says it's been delivered. I have nothing else to go on.

She did not look like this when shipped I told u keep me updated. On her and as far as the shipping goes was told in email to hub then not to i emailed 2 hr b4 I shipped to see what u wanted to do did not hear back so I did what's best for the animal. Had go to hub just incase.
 
Connor, I told you to ship to hub two Fridays ago! You kept delaying shipment, I told you to ship to door now, then all of a sudden you send me an email the day you decide to ship, asking if I want it to door or hub, and decided for me before I even had the chance to reply back, saying "well I just decided to send it to the hub." A few days before, I gave you my shipping address. Why would I send you that if I wanted you to ship it to the hub?

If you had a difference of opinion, fine. If you were rude and unprofessional, wherever it was, it is relevant to whether people may or may not want to have business dealings with you.

Please explain the hospitalization message, you appear fine at the moment.
 
Quite frankly, I don't even remember what the argument with Katie was. That's how insignificant that was. Maybe she could refresh my memory.

And are you talking about that picture he posted, on a white page with some black text on it that says something about a hospital? And that's related to me how? and who else got that when they sent me an email? I can send you a few blank white pages with black lettering, too. What would you like it to say on it?
