    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am a brand new Corn Snake owner and would like to tell anyone interested that I would HIGHLY recommend Zach of Serpent Pets!! I first wrote to him thinking of getting one Corn Snake and through his extreme patience with all my many questions and his wonderful pics on his website and emailed to me I wound up getting 3 very beautiful, healthy babies from him! With them I recieved a complete fed/shed record presented in a very professional manner (on beautiful snake stationary too, I might add). :) I also found Zach to be extremely honest! Check out his site www.serpentpets.com I cannot recommend Zach and his Corns high enough!!!
 
Wonderful contact by email, fantastic record-keeping, BEAUTIFUL snakes. I will be recommending him to anyone wanting corn snakes!
 
Zach Shepherd ( Shep151 ) of Serpent Pets is a GREAT guy...

I just sold him my sugar gliders...
We each drove about 250 miles to meet for the dropoff...
I got there and waited about an hour...finally my three year old says "Daddy...let's go EAT"...

SO we wander inside the restaurant...where Zach has been waiting all this time...I felt SO bad...didn't see his vehicle until we were just walking in the door...and he was sitting in a spot you couldn't see from outside...
He was SUPER cool about it...and actually laughed...
Great guy...VERY knowledgable...I don't think he is a guy who does ANYTHING halfway... he does the research and knows his stuff.

I can't WAIT to get some snakes from him...I know his animals will be TOP NOTCH.

Oh...yeah...I told him the female was most probably pregnant...but hadn't seen any babies yet...when I took them out to show him...BOTH babies were on her back...first time I had seen them out of pouch...right there in the parking lot...nice little extra...I hope he was pleased...LOL
 
Got a corn from Zach and the transaction was great. The snake was shipped very well with a feed card and all the information you could want. He is a great guy as well.
 
No doubt about it....Zach is one of the top-notch customer service oriented breeders out there! I've done many deals with him as the seller and trader and they all went flawlessly.
 
Just gonna echo some of the other poster's. Got to meet him at the '05 Tinley Park NARBC show. Very customer-oriented, has a great reptile auction site, nice stock and a passion for the hobby and the community. Definately a "Good Guy" :)
 
Just received two beautiful amel corns from Zach. He was very professional and very helpful.

Urgent shipping, great packing, and great snakes. He also sent very good records of both snakes I recieved.

My recent transaction with Zach was flawless!!!

The product arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. Communication and customer service were also top notch.

I will be buying from Zach in the future.
