Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Getting cash refunded for bunk het pied that Zack sold 
Hi. Well, first let me apologize to all that I insulted by sticking up for this asshole zack on my first few posts. Like a couple others...I thought that he was a legit seller. :-/ Turns out, hes just a damn good scammer. I too got scammed by him and didnt even know it(crystal at least you noticed, lol)...till a few of you helpful people sent me some emails and let me in on his scam(s). This really couldnt have been fixed without you select few...you know who you are. Thanks a million!!!
Anyway, I bought a supposed 100% het pied girl off of him(zack) a month or so ago. I paid him $1435 for it shipped. I receive the snake and shady paperwork. He then gave me false information reguarding the real origins of the snake, who the real breeder was, contact info and many other things. Anyhow, I find out today the real deal with the snake with the help of some of you board members. Its a normal ball python snake, nice belly stripes, white belly, ect....he paid $100 for. The paperwork is/was bunk and he provided me a phone number that was supposed to be Toms(the guy that supposdly produced it...that really ended up being another breeder that zack was dragging into this). The guy that produced it, the guy that sold it to zack, an outside source that happend to know zack from reptile shows and another guy that knew the whole story(Thanks, Coach/Lynn! you were the biggest help of all) were the ones that really helped get this problem fixed. Anyhow, the cash is being refunded via USPS priority mail this wednesday. Zack is very poor and has nothing to his name and couldnt/cant afford to refund anything according to Katie and her mom(he lives with his gf, which is the address he claimes as his address when you buy his reptiles, 137 Burbank Street address)....so the funds are being compensated by his gf Katie by taking it out of her college funds/savings account. I talked to her mom and she verified that they were going tomorrow to take out the funds. Only time will tell if they come through. They sounded pretty worried about the problems that are ahead if they dont fix it now...so I think they will come through. If not, then the FBI will be taking care of the rest. Ill update this post wednesday with the latest news.
Crystal...hope you get your problem fixed also. I spent all day on the phone, tracking down address, talking to alot of very helpful board members, finding numbers, ect...but it paid off. I got tons of info on this <font color=red>[**censored**]</font>bag now I can send you whatever info you need. Just let me know. Email me at [email protected] and Ill see what I can do.
FWIW....Zack and Katie are moving to columbus ohio area this weekend cause they got an apartment there to live in while Katie goes to school somewhere in that area. Their house phone and current cell phones are being turned off this friday(how conveinet). Gotta get this fixed while you can, otherwise we have to start over, lol

hello my name is chris aka funguseater i am writting this to try to clear my name out of this zac put my name on the paper work that went with the het for pied i didnt tell him to do this he called me and told me that he made the paper work for a normal female ball that he sold for a het for pied for $1400 he told me to tell justin that i was tom gonzalous and that i produced the snake and he had traded it from me he also told me that he sold crystal two female balls which was two female at first then he resold the biggest female to a guy for $500 then went to the reptile show and picked up a male ball and sent them to her one male and one female then he called me and told me that he sold his carpet that is in the pic he did produce it but then he sold it as a bredl python so when lynn "coach" peterson called me i know that he could get a hold of these people so i told him everything that happened in the thought that i was helping everyone so that they would not get mad and now because a little punk put my phone number on a piece of paper everyone thinks that i did this what did i gane from this well if anyone has any questions call me and justin please call me crystal please call me to

I think the het pied you got from Adam Block should be legit. If I recall you purchased the male originally produced by John Manser. I contacted Zack about the animal you ultimately purchased after I rode his a$$ about the way he was conducting his auction in the Q & A section. I think I rode Repti-Bid's a$$ about their lame site in the Q & A of your auction, too. Obviously I chose not to bid on the animal, and I don't waste much time looking at Repti-Bid any more. Neither Zack nor Repti-Bid is very fond of having blatant flaws or self-contradictory statements pointed out! I warned Adam to be careful with any genetics guarantee on the Manser male if it was to be proved out with the female you bought from Zack. Sorry it turned out bad, I hope you've got a legit female to work with and that you do indeed get a refund for the fraudulent het. At least the guy that sold you the fake het is alive, I've got a likely fake het pied female produced (or imported) in 2002 by a guy that died in 1999! (Bruce Eisenmann's dead father). It sucks we have to learn these lessons the hard way! Good luck Justin.

Dmasio...now youre the kind of brute that would be great to have as backup in a situation that involves fighting, lol. Lucky, it didnt come to anything like that. Anyhow, the problem is offically fixed(as good as it can be). Zacks money order arrived today. Only took one day to get here with priority mail. Thats how close we were to each other, so a trip was never out of the question. At least he came through and did what was necessary to correct the situation best he could. Thats better then what most get in these situations. However, thats still now excuse(for him) as far as Im really conderned. This stuff should never happen. Anyhow, my problem is currently solved. I owe a big "Thanks!" to all that had a helping hand in this. BTW....Zack also sent a typed up apology that was signed with the refund. That acutally suprised me(...probably mom or katies idea, but its the though that counts). At least this/that paper was legit, lol.
As for the het from Adam, Im hoping it really is a true het. lol. He did provide a paper (cotton at that) with a pic of the male, statment about the snake, who produced, johns/breeder email and was signed by adam. Hopefully its legit. If it isnt, its still a much better fake paper then zacks job, lol. Ill give it some background checking after this weekend when I have some time to do so just to make sure. Adams a good guy, full of helpful info, ect so I dont picture him doing something like that. But, come to think about it...I did think zack would do something like that either :-/ I should have picked up on zack...way back when I asked him how heavy the het pied girl was, he didnt know cause he didnt have a scale, lol. Now, who the hell buys/sells/ect expensive ass snakes where weight/size determines price and doesnt have a $25 scale!?!? Stupid me!
