In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Zoological Express / Petopia---terrific service!

PLus David if you are a breeder you should know that axantic means lacking of the yellow pigment color
on a true one you can see that in babies or adults
Spoken like the ignorant adolescent that you are. You don't even spell the name of the morph correctly and you're lecturing experienced Ball breeders. When you're 30 you'll realize that you didn't know everything when you were a kid.

Oh, and mom let you sign a lease? The she's not very smart, or caring. I live in Virginia and under Virginia law you cannot enter into any contract (and a lease is a contract) until you are 18. Heck, in Virginia you can't even consent to sexual intercourse until you are 18. We're kind of old fashioned that way, but we don't want mindless twit adolescents making mistakes (financial or otherwise).

One last question. How do you get the money that's sent to you? I ask because in Virginia you cannot even have your own bank account as a minor,

I have caught Petopia misrepresenting animals, when I asked for proof of these animals they were selling they did not have any. IMO, misrepresenting animals is scamming, to do such is not being a forthright seller in or hobby.

Bottom line, if you deal with them you will be doing so at your own risk. They were dishonest about some of their animals, this was proven by me. One must ask yourself, if they are not truthful about some of them, then how can you trust them about others?

OK, Jim, I went back and read the old thread, posted by Ginoindabronx (post #3), and, I agree, this is definitely a buyer beware situation.

But, what I found interesting, were the individuals who were willing to pile on, not having any direct evidence, or knowing their ass from a hole in the ground.

I know what an Axanthic is...

by definition, by line, and I guarantee you, if 100 Balls were put in front of ANYONE, with 10 Axanthics from different lines, and different ages, I guarantee there is probably nobody alive that could get all 10 correct. Why not, because most if not all Axanthics are silver as babies, and pretty easy to identify. The problem comes in, as they age, they usually lose the Silver and it turns to a dark brownish color, sometimes more of a dark grey, but none the less, I would say even experts could not pick out all 10 Axanthics. If I remember correctly, Ralph got an Axanthic looking snake from Europe, that he thought looked Axanthic, and guess what, it did not prove out genetic. Remember, when you call something Axanthic, people are going to assume you are talking about a GENETIC Axanthic, not a Ball that just has reduced yellow pigment.

I have 1.1 VPI Axanthics, so I do know what an Axanthic looks like. I also have 1.1 Adult Het Sk line Axanthics.

My problem is people selling wc animals, that they have done no work to prove out, as genetic morphs. A WC Albino is an Albino, a WC Pied is a Pied, but when you get to WC Cinns, Axanthics, Hypos, Fires, etc., they are just projects until you proven them out.

Jim AKA jsrocket, I am what many would think of as a expert when it comes to tegus. Would my opinion matter when they were caught selling a proven breeding pair of tegus?

That said, the tegus they were selling were two different species. They claimed they crossed that pair of animals, it did not happen. When asked for proof of these offspring, they had none.

So you need to know what you are talking about before saying:

knowing their ass from a hole in the ground

All one would need to do is the homework, one plus one does not add up to three.

Jim you can have a bank account if your a minor, because I have my onw bank account, plus thats besides the point, plus why are you trying to start something with me in the first place one second you are for me and the second you are agianst me, and Gino give me any kind of proof that I am a scammer ask Greg he sure doesn't think Im a scammer and how do you have any clue what the tegu tank looks like, you dont, and if their housing was that bad it would show on the animal wouldn't it. All you do is sit behind your computer sucking your thumb and bashing every single person that gets a good rep then you try to turn that into a bad rep do you even have any animals or reptiles that is? And you probably don't even live in DA BRONX you most likely live in the country you HICK.

Sadly, so much of the "flavorful" content of that thread was deleted because lil Brent was posting on mommy's account here. My recollection is that he deserved much of what he got.

And Varnyard tell me how do you tell me how can you prove that this pair was not proven the tegu that Greg got is or now was one of my breeders. And no your OPINION wouldn't matter because it is an OPINION, and prove to me that the breeding did not happen, it seems to me like you need to know what your talking about so next to think of what you are going to say before you speak.

I know exactly what I am talking about. In that ad you claimed to have a proven breeding pair of tegus. The problem came when the animals that were for sale were a Red tegu and a Argentine Black and White tegu. You did not breed these animals, your mother finally admitted that you did not breed them at all. She bucked up and said they were bought as a breeding pair.

So why is it so hard to tell the truth? If they are proven breeders, post some pictures of the offspring, I will tell you real fast you can not post them. This would be a problem, because they never bred.

So if you know what you are talking about how can you mis-sex a Ball Python? And not be able to tell that it is deformed?
Brent Fleischmann

Yes you did in your ad, that is the exact reason I responded to the old thread. We all know, proven breeders are worth more. Would that be the reason to lie on your ad?

Above you said they were your breeders.

Which one is lying, you or your mother?

But still no proof they ever bred, right? Thats what I thought, nothing more than you misrepresenting animals.

Enough said, the proof is in the pudding, to bad you have none.

And what deformed Ball are you talking about?

Dave

He is talking about a lie, he is hunting in the BOI. Too bad the only bad thread he found is where I posted about getting scammed by a buyer.

Some lie then sounds like another lie varnyard is doing yes I was looking at your bio but apparently you were hunting in my old threads so you HAVE NO ROOM TO SPEAK and varny if you would could you explain about the deformity?
Brent Fleischmann

Brent,

What are your plans, you are 17, are you done with HighSchool? Are you going to College? Are you going to work in the Pet Store for your career?

The reason I ask, if you are going to graduate soon, and you have a career as a Burger flipper lined up, cool.

If, however, you plan on working at your store, wouldn't you want to work and eventually own a place with a good rep?
