Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That probably irritates me more than anything else honestly. I never PM'd her a single rude comment. The ONE time I PM'd her was in response to her PM which never said not to PM her back only to not PM her rude comments, which I never did. I think its obvious she is lying to the mod about what really happened. Sad that the mod doesn't get the facts straight before PM'ing me. She doesn't care about right and wrong so I'm automatically guilty.. Nice.

If you're that concerned about it, ask the mods to read through the PM's or write Vicky back and ask her if you can forward her the PM's so she knows the full story. Vicky will be more than happy to help you out, and go through things with you. So will the other mods, like Diane, Gina (Goonie), just to name a couple. If you're not happy with the way the mods are handling things, you can try to write Beardie (Alex), but more than likely he will follow with what his mods put in place. If you ever need any questions answered about BD.org, please feel free to PM a mod or even an established member there and they will help you out. :)

They have a disclaimer set up on the For Sale section, but posting about other websites on ads are not permitted. I would hope that members would read disclaimers and stickies before getting into things. Just like here though, you can't just ban a member for what they have on their reputation. If Fauna can't ban her for being a bad business woman, then I don't see why BD.org should. :shrug01:

Although I think that they should allow others to post what info is on a person, it is in their rules that no such postings are allowed. But it is in the For Sale section sticky.

While we do not like to have threads here that are just to complain about a transaction with a particular vendor or breeder, there are good resources out there to help you learn more about the experiences others have had with breeders or vendors. It is up to people to do their research before they purchase an animal from someone. If they still choose to go ahead with the transaction I don't see where that is BD.org or Fauna's problem. :shrug01:
 
Yes.. its up to folks to do their research.... but that site is forbidding members to help members with their research.
 
Brandi she has already done stupid stuff here...Like phototshopping pics then not giving refunds on animals that were wrongly described..She also refuses to being wrong when time and time again thats what she is proven to be..And honestly,a good amount of transaction are probably taking place with people who are not even members on here..I think every for sale add has the sellers email and phone number in it...Therefore,with non members not being able to see the BOI,alot of people are still in the dark...Thats why I think it should be ok to link the BOI to peoples adds...Especially in her case...She is never gonna change...And honestly I dont think she knows how bad thats gonna hurt her in the end..Especially when she thinks she is never wrong...

BD.org is a good resource for beardie care, and if you want to stay a part of that forum, you have to adhere to their rules to the "T". I'm a member there, and I don't post much anymore, but I do go through threads and respond when I deem fit. The mods don't have a clique over there, and don't defend certain people just because they can. They actually follow Alex's (Website owner/admin) rules that he has set in place. If you have any questions in the future about what's allowed to be posted and what's not, please pm a mod and they will gladly help you out.

I understand, now, that the link was against forum rules and thats fine. I don't have any issue with being told I shouldn't have done that and don't do it again. My point is that was the ONLY thing I did that was wrong. Yet I'm treated like I verbally attacked her and sent her rude PM's. Personally I believe that I should have been warned on the posting links and that should have been that.
 
I have not read all 587 post so this may have been brought up but scanning king snake today, I noticed that Ed Clark has a picture(s) of Nicole's dragon on his for sale ad's. I only noticed it was one of Nicole's dragons because of the same carpet in the picture, that she has pictures of on her website that I noticed while looking at her site last night after putting her on my do no buy from list...

Sooooo are these two people still working together?

Yes,they probably are...Then again,Ed might be low enough to use that pic as one he falsely represents dragons with..Then again,those two probably wouldnt tell people they got back together after their bad break up on here...But criminals usually only associate with other criminals...
 
She gets meds from 1 of the mods over there (not gonna name them) .She is friendly with them and they do back her.

1) Again, that would make the staff judge of who was Super Bad and who wasn't. When one of the Regular Bads scammed someone, there would be an outcry asking why the RB had not achieved Post Office Super Bad status.

2) People don't need bibs and high chairs. The BOI is prominent and well known. In fact, this other lizard site mentions it by name. That should be enough to put people on notice that it is here, and if they so choose they can use it, and if they don't, it is not up to us to get in their face and protect them.
The BOI is a tool just like a hammer is a tool, and if you choose to drive a nail into a board with your bare hand instead of the hammer, maybe you'll try the hammer next time.

Giving her refuge only makes the problem worse..Its not like anything bad was made up..Everything was proven...If you feed a stray cat its gonna keep comming back whether you want it to or not..Nicole is that cat..She knows she has easy pray her..And when people defend her,it gives her more gumption to be a lying theif...
 
Lucillie,I am kinda curious as to what you think of Harold's sticky about Mr. Torres??...I dont have a problem with it,cause he is a bad guy..But you dont think others out there are not owed any money??..Repeat offenders like Nicole should be up there as well....

Its pretty obvious Rich owns this...However I think the sticky situation is a sad one indeed...The more low lifes that show up,the harder its gonna be to keep the good people...

You are a lot like one of my ex husbands. He could not make a shopping list. If he wanted to buy cereal, he would leave the actual box of cereal on the front room table to remind him of what he had to purchase. He had to see everything at one time. There was always a lot of stuff on the front table, sometimes so much that the objects were no longer reminders.

If bad guys are IN the BOI, and labelled, what is the deal about having them stickied? Do you have to see all the names at one time?

There are a LOT of bad guys. If you sticky them all, some might have to go one the bottom of the list or even on a second page. Then, people will complain that their pet Bad Guy should be on the top of the list, and who is to choose?

Isn't it simpler, if you are thinking of making a purchase from a particular vendor, to just do a search?

I want to tell you that I share your distaste for Bad Guys. We're on the same page.:)
 
We can't just sticky every single bad guy, it'd be nothing but stickies after awhile. Doing an engine search on the site is just as helpful. I'm sure people don't need their hands held when they purchase an animal, and if they do a search they'd be more informed before buying that animal. If you're (shopper) too lazy to do a search on someone, especially when the means are out there, then that's your (their) own deal. I know the BOI is out here, and there are other sites that promote using the BOI as well. You don't have to have someone hold their hand when they are shopping. If they're too lazy to look it up, or don't bother reading beforehand then that's the chance they take I guess.

Its not just every bad guy...Its the ones that are trying to bring this place down with the way they treat people...Its the same reason Nicole locks her adds..She dosnt want any un informed person to ask her questions that other imformed people are gonna see and call BS on..And lucille,we are on the same page,I agree...
