Easy.
Open the forum up in one browser (we'll use FireFox for example account #1), minimize it... open up the forum in another browser (Explorer for the second example account) and bam! You've got two different accounts on two different browsers. The browsers don't share info with each other, so you're not confusing them when you log into two different accounts.
If you tried to log in on two different accounts on the same browser, one would be logged out.You don't have to be a computer dork to figure this one out.
If you wanted to be real sneaky, you could use proxies and IP changers to switch up your game. Or if you have multiple computers in the household, you can log into different accounts on each computer. There are a couple of ways to log in with two different accounts and play it off as different people. Most of the time though, people who try these methods end up losing track of their lies, or run out of ways to make each account/personality unique and things start to blur and look fishy... Then they slip up and access with the wrong IP that another account has accessed with and with admins (sometimes mods, not sure if the mods here have that kind of power or now) having the ability to see the different accounts that have accessed those particular IPs (again, not sure how this particular board checks in on info like this.. just going off my experiences on other forums) they usually check for these types of things and lay the banhammer on the multiuser accounts.
