    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

this is definitely erik and not guy. he is in temecula and i'm in orange county. maybe we have the same ISP, as you'll notice our IPs are the same as ours hosts... ip70-187-140-70.oc.oc.cox.net

If my father takes a photo he owns the photo or his employer owns the photo but when someone else wants to use the photo, that my father took, that person or entity has to pay royalties to my father or his employer.

i fail to see the similarities of your scenario and what happened here. don't think i'm going to agree with anyone on here any time soon, so further discussion is probably a waste of time for everyone involved.

i like discussing geckos a lot more than this nonsense so if i post on here from now on it will to do just that.

Yeah, that must be it.

He is on your website and in the entire history of Fauna you two are the only ones sharing the same IP. Out of 70,304 members. And it just so happens that you happen to be posting in the same thread and your the only person posting to defend him.

I'm using Cox to by the way. My IP doesn't match both of you and I don't have his logo on my website like you do. Who do you think you are fooling?
 
yes i designed his logo and his website, and no we are not sitting in the same room. i live in rancho santa margarita, he lives in temecula.

Wow I aint even gonna risk the points on this one so I will be nice...I am pretty sure I can here the "beeep,beeep, beeep" noise that garbage trucks make while they back up...
 
interesting. i wasn't aware of that. the photos for the site were emailed to me and i put them up.

IPs are unique to each PC connected to the web, but not all IPs can be determined if the ISP relay is what's pinging back and not the PC itself... i also do IT work.

In other words, the only way they can share an IP but be different people is if they live together, which would put a damper on that whole "ohhh I'm in dungadoo and he's in flibberispat" argument.
