    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes, that is correct. I had to reload a backup database to recover from a table corruption. No other choice...
 
Shouldn't be getting those error messages. Perhaps upgrading to MySQL 5 is causing the problems. If so, I will need to roll back to the older version of MySQL. I believe these problems started when that upgrade was done about a week ago. :shrug01:
 
Please cut and paste any new database errors that you see from this site. I need to get a handle on this...

It might have come from page cache too. So please page refresh (f5) if you see this again and if you still get it, let me know in which url you get it.

I was getting that very same page...I was able to load Fauna from my bookmark and I could click on my PM's link....but when I clicked on most other links, including my own profile, any Classifieds Section or Discussion Section...I would get that page
 
Everything is working fine for me atm...but figured I'd share what was going on earlier lol
 
Actually I lied lol...Chat wont load for me atm...but considering it's empty atm...I don't think it just me =p
 
i am no longer having issues accessing the site, as of tonight - this morning, i can get on the site without use of a proxy server. which is great because they were slow and i dont trust them not to infect my computers.

now i may go back to looking at stuff i can only dream of affording.

I was getting the same thing yesterday. It started at about 1 pm and this is the first time that I've been able to view fauna.

All of the threads on the BOI that I was reading yesterday are back to he way they looked 2 days ago, kinda sad because there was a resolution to one and now the thread is burried back where it was.

who-ever said what goes on the BOI stays on the BOI 4-ever & ever...:rofl:

I suppose the resolution to any threads can be resolved again, maybe quicker second time around.

I thought the same thing. At least some of the spammy crap is gone out of some of them.
