Listen Braniac, I'm not defending anything that Skeevy did to Kevin. You and the other two Mensa rejects from New England got on her filling this thread with incoherent babble. All I wanted to know was why you contradicted yourself within a few hours of posting. You said you "never met Kevin", then a few hours later said you "met with Kevin and he took you on a tour", now you say you have never met him.
Your words, that you put into this thread. So there needs to be an explanation as you obviously can't have it both ways. Either you lied about it, which puts in question everything you have been posting here, or you have some serious memory lapses (no doubt aided by your "sparking" habits) which also put in question everything you have posted here.

Are you really saying Kevin gave Josh the slap on the wrist deal? My knowledge of criminal law is hardly perfect, but last I checked the victim has very little to do with the bargains offered in most areas.

Even if they asked him how he felt about it, I don't believe in New Hampshire he'd have a right as a victim to reject a plea bargain, especially if the prosecution felt it was the only way to take down the other guilty parties.

I had NOTHING to do with what happened to Josh. The state decided that without my input. Scott was also offered the same deal. He chose not to take it.

As you said the victim has little input when it comes to this kind of thing.

I am rather confused here but i have a few points. The "Spider" Ball you were holding for Scott is in fact one of my Male Spider x Woma Balls. I saw it @ Scott's store the night they had a search warrant for my Axanthic Killer Bee. I saw the Spider x Woma and knew the snake INSTANTLY!! He has all sorts of stuff in his collection that were once mine. He switched out all sorts of Heterozygous gene carrier animals and eggs while working for me. He has been able to get snakes from my present collection in various ways. The Axanthic Killer was just a SINGLE animal I was able to recover and PROVE. Scott knew I zeroed in on that snake so he had you hold it.

Jay there is so much more to this story. I don't know you but take a minute to think about all of the stuff you are saying. You have only heard Scott's side and his opinion of others. What if, he in fact was this person that we claim and he was this incredible liar that has you thinking what you believe?

I think Scott has quite a talent at manipulating people into hating his enemies. Investigate the condition "Malignant Narcissism". Scott's associates are fed his version of things and set to attack his adversaries.

I think Scott's ex-employee Jason was fed quite a few stories about various people and clouded his mind into hating these people. I know this kind of story telling was told to Cindy Ent!

As far as anyone being a "rat" that is not the right term to be applied here. Scott and his attorney decided to call Jason into court. Jason did not want to be involved because he did not want to lie on the stand. Scott had been busy "prepping" Jason on what to say prior to the trial. Jason was not enjoying any of it. He thought it was better to leave him out of it. Scott had no one else to call in so he basically "needed" Jason's testimony.

Scott had various people thinking that Dan Bilodeau was also a scumbag........ like I said so much more to this story. I can tell you with confidence Dan did not try to bride ANYONE on my behalf, that is just plain SILLY!

Could I just interject a little comical relief here? When Jon mentioned the defense team I couldn't help remembering how the states lawyer very eloquently explained to the judge how we(meaning the breeders) were a fragile community and when a criminal(Scott Seavy or "Skeevy") takes advantage of a member it effects all of us.
Well Scotts lawyer who often took his cues from the states lawyer cause he had absolutely no substance to Scotts defense said "We are an INCESTUOUS community" HA!!!!:
My kingdom for a camera at that moment!! The look on the Evil morph gods face was classic.: He knew exactly what it meant. Still makes me laugh when I think about it! Dont know what it means? Look it up. I did. Not because I didnt know what it meant but I thought surely it must mean something else other then what I thought but nope,sure enough he called us all incestuous!!
Seriously though we ARE a fragile community brought together by the fascination of these lovely creatures.
If you choose to remain friends with Scott that is your choice but consider yourself warned cause his path is littered with X friends who thought he was a nice guy.
Lets go back to respecting each other as this has taken a turn into nit picking...the JUDGE did his court appointed duty and threw Scott in jail. Not me,not Kevin,not Jon or anyone else BUT THE JUDGE.

Other than post #107, none of all this posting between these two(or three?) people(who by the way all post almost identically in phrasing, spelling, grammar and capitalization) seems to make a bit of sense. There's a lot of "It makes sense to them.." and "They know what I'm talking about.." without much explanation or facts.

I'm glad they got it out of their system, while it didn't make sense, didn't impart any information(other than that some of them admit to smoking dope and drinking) and generally didn't seem to have much to do with... well... anything.

If any of those affected parties wanted to translate things into something understandable, that'd be great. After reading it all a few times, and even reading it with my head tilted sideways.. I think that someone involved testified(or was talking outside court) about someone involved in the theft and was accused(or is accusing) someone else of being bribed to be on NERD's side(or the other side). Also.. they were talking together at some point(while smoking dope?) and there was smack talk happening about something vague or unknown.

Laying out your story in clear concise sentances really helps folks to understand your message AND to possibly believe what you are stating.

I have never met John...I have seen him but I have never actually met him. Don't think you are bagging him on that.... most people that know me here @ NERD know I run around from room to room and don't talk to everyone that comes here.
