    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Dean Stemple Strictly Exotics BAD GUY!

I began reading this post yesterday, and noticed that Dean was in Norman, OK, and seeing as how I used to live in Norman myself, was wondering why I had never met him...after all, the reptile community is pretty darn small in Norman. After much continued reading and a few phone calls to friends that still live in Norman, he definately was lying about the entire tornado thing. Yes, a tornadoe did touch down in Norman (actually two), but their paths were nowhere near Poplar Lane which is where Dean supposedly lives. It truly sickens me that he had the audacity to lie about that, and then order snakes from Chris and not pay a darn thing. I don't care if he's going through a divorce, he really just needs to man-up and take care of the debt he incurred. just my two cents.

I lived in Norman for 16 years and recently moved from there, I saw the pictures he posted, and they resemble none of the homes located on Poplar Lane. The paths of both tornadoes did not cross Poplar Lane at any point. I think that it is completely and utterly dis-tasteful to attempt to use such an incident to make his appearance in the community better, such as to the point that persons are trusting enough to send him snakes without payment.

If you know Norman so well, then you would know that Poplar lane is very close to 9 Highway. His parents home, the home that got hit by the tornado, is down 9 Highway. The pictures that Brian posted showed both houses. The one on Poplar and the other home his parents live in. It shows the before and after pics, clearly showing the damage is to the same house, the house his parents live in. Brian even posted the proof that his parents owned both houses. There is not a single post from Dean stating it was his home that was hit by the tornado. It was his parents home that housed his quarantine building and that was hit by the tornado.
Thank you Brian for posting the proof previously in this thread for this last claim, I appreciate your investigation into a the homes his parents own and the before and after posts.
 
Hmmmmmmmmmm..........parents own 2 houses, one of which their son was renting and the other included a quaranty building for their son's business.........it appears to me that Dean's parents have no problem intertwining their lives with his. Assuming the facts, as Reagan has laid them out, are true Dean can very easily get a loan or partial loan to pay Chris something. I know if my wife (not married but if I had one) just up and left me like a coward, like Reagan, holding the bag my parents would do what they could to help me out especially with transactions like the one with Chris.

For me this whole situation wreaks of a con........3 months and not 1 penny has gone to Chris and the clincher is.....Dean is hiding....too much of a coward to even attempt a phone conversation to explain the delays.....communication is key and their has been none. Dean has or had a ton of distribution outlets to sell the snakes by now but he has not.

I do find it entertaining that his self admitted lying, munipulative, and conniving wife has been monitering and relaying to Dean every word of this thread and defending Dean every chance she can........Reagan, thought you wanted out.
 
Bernard Madoff paid out millions of dollars to some of his investors and was considered a financial genius as he was stealing billions from thousands of others.........Dean's past good deals were clearly a stepup for a larger score.

I believe some people are under the misconception I speak to Dean everyday. I do NOT, we are going through a divorce. I do not know if Dean is reading this thread or not. I do not know if his parents are in a situation to help him out, but I know that owning two houses don't make it where cash is automatically at your disposal. I know that last time I was at his parents house, his father was talking about possibly being laid off. I also know this debt does not belong to his parents, it belongs to Strictly Exotics so his parents have nothing to do with it.
I know that I will continue to read this thread until the divorce is final and the ink is dry on the divorce papers. It does concern me until then, I have a vested interest.
I have never said the lack of communication was right, I know that if he had just communicated the situation, we wouldn't be here right now.
I have only spoke about what I know. I know Dean did not go into this transaction with the intent to scam. I am sure most people reading this have been late on a bill due to hard times. Does that mean they are scammers, I think not. I know people have hard times and people make mistakes and the good guys make it right. Dean communicated with Chris just a few days ago that he was sending a payment this week. The only way I will know if this has happened is by reading this thread. Per Dean his business is none of my business. Until the ink is dry, I have a different opinion. I will continue to follow this thread until the divorce is final.

Wow....you are good at explaining away every viable solution out there.
 
There is only one viable solution. That is Strictly Exotics(Dean) making this right. I have not explained that away. I believe Dean will make this right. I believe he is working on coming up with the money to make this right. He told Chris, he would get some sort of payment this week as a start. I am waiting for that to happen just like everyone else. Hopefully we will see a post in regards to that this week sometime.
 
Reagan, had you already broken the news to Dean about leaving when he decided to go ahead and lie about sending multiple payments?
He said he sent the first payment out on 12/9
 
Davey, I just checked the calendar to get the exact date I left. I left on my payday which was 12/17. I remember Dean telling me he sent out the payment to Chris, and have no reason to believe the first payment didn't end up getting returned to him and him indeed using it for bills as he told Chris. I found that part out by Chris's post of their latest text conversation.
 
Thanks for the quick reply. I was just wondering if Dean had time to "clear his head" as some say he needed that time. I also wanted to know if the lies and hiding began prior to the breakup, as some seem to blame his problems on that. Thanks again.
 
I just went through all my text messages from Dean and I and my phone has deleted the older ones. But I do have a screenshot of a convo that does not disclose too personal of information as well as proof he was using a cheap phone from early January. Again I was planning in leaving because we were on two different paths on life and that wasn't changing. Doesn't mean I hadn't hoped it would change.

IMO.... He has had time to clear his head. That was 2 months ago. Dean you need to step up to the plate!

I am new here and therefor don't know any of the parties involved. I have read this whole thread and have two questions:
Are you in any way keeping Dean from paying this man his money because of what you are supposed to get/stand to gain from the divorce? In the above bolded statements it seems you are waiting to see if he pays. Are you watching this thread so if he does pay you will know he has more money than he has stated to you or because you are afraid he will try to make you liable for half of this debt? Just curious.
 
I want Dean to make payments to Chris. As of this moment the business is in both our names. When the divorce is final it will only be in his name. I do not want any of the money, assetts or liabilities of the business.
Again Dean said he would be sending Chris money this week. Lets give him a chance to do that.
 
That's what I was thinking Matt...Never a good idea to talk finances to or around your soon to be ex wife.I'ld bet Dean makes good on this eventually,but you wont be seeing him here talking about it.
