Looks like a great deal, right? Here is what I am missing:

2 female normals 1800g
1 female Granite 1800g
1 male Ghost 800g

2 female pastels 1060g, 1200g
1 male mojave 210g
1 female mojave 160-260g
1 male lesser 800g
1 female lesser 1000g

The only snake that we can't figure out is the granite. ringhoff calls her a granite, but we don't know if she really is a granite. We are thinking normal, but ringhoff had it labeled as a granite. ringhoff states that I was sent a granite that is 1800g. This supposed granite was 1170 out of the bag. I don't view granite as much of a morph; more just a normal. I either have a crappy 'granite' or a normal, but still doesn't weigh 1800g. ringhoff didn't say this snake laid a clutch of eggs. At least now we know why he kept delaying shipping of the snakes. Just to keep three clutches of eggs. Who would buy breedable females to breed right now if they just laid eggs? ringhoff is still using his magician technique of mis-direction to avoid answering the questions and he still can not calculate the weights correctly.

Did the list of snakes that I received with the packaging add up to 27#? No matter what weights ringhoff provides, they can't be calculated down to 27#. Don't forget the improper packaging he used and pillow cases weighs almost 4# of the 27.

Dennis, if you look at my post 149, I have included the list and weights of the actual snakes that ringhoff sent to me. I received 11 snakes, but only 4 or 5 of them are the correct ones from the list that I was supposed to get.

I am just going by the evidence posted. I see a list of snakes to be shipped, and the total weight shipped. They don't add up at all. Your dealings are shady at the best. I see no proof from you showing he knew the weights were rounded up over 100-200g each. I see no proof from you that he knew you were going to be sending out animals right after laying before they had even started eating again.

You can claim anything you want , but where is your proof?

kevin made a great thread called CYA.. i suggest any of you reading this BOI thread take a look at that. all of this back and forth wouldn't happen if you BOTH had taken the necessary steps to make sure this was a smooth transaction. now neither of you has any credibility on this forum because you are bickering back and forth and BOTH reluctant to even try and prove anything. BOTH of you were asked over and over again to produce photos, emails, pictures, etc.. and instead of providing this proof, you guys are personally attacking each other. this thread wouldn't have been 16 pages long already if the OP had put together all of the information in a logical, organized manner and presented it from the very first post. and to the seller, had you taken video or time stamped pics of you packaging every single snake, sealing the container, and affixing the shipping label, you wouldn't have anything to worry about. especially since you claim how it sounded like he was planning on scamming you. now you guys are sitting here arguing about what each snake weighs, how many eggs were laid, and how much a styro box weighs. you BOTH made mistakes, and i honestly hope you BOTH learned a valuable lesson from this. the truth will probably never come out because neither of you covered your "butts". whoever is in the wrong here though, be a man and make it right. karma will catch up to you.

You obviously have not read this thread completely. I have posted the emails that I have (one email was reposted by ringhoff) and posted the choppy pics that ringhoff sent to me. You have not asked for a single shred of proof, yet you say nothing has been provided? Do you want me to take pics of snakes that I don't have because they weren't sent to me in the first place? Someone asks about what the package weighs to help prove if the snakes that were allegedly shipped even could fit in that box and now you say that is a bad thing. Shawn, maybe you should tell the person who suggested that weight item it was a bad idea and isn't considered proof. You have provided nothing, yet you are judge and jury? I know ringhoff has thrown up a ton of smoke and mirrors for his scam. Who plans on getting scammed by someone they have done a previous transaction with? Feel free to do business with ringhoff. I don't think you will.

i actually have read this entire thead and on several occasions both of you were asked to provide proof. instead you guys were going back and forth arguing. i think the weights are off yes, but you were asked to provide pictures to back up your claims and it was 7 days later on the 9th page of this thread before that happened. im not the judge and jury here, but there are inconsistencies in both of your arguments. i'm weighing in on a topic that has been brought up time and time again, and that's to cover your own . if there were gravid females about to lay, he should have informed you of that, and that he was keeping the eggs. im just stating that on both of your behalfs, this transaction sounded rushed and unorganized. i honestly hope this gets resolved, and i'm also leaning way more towards your side of the argument. my whole point here is that i hope you learned a lesson in all this, and i hope it's made right. to me it sounds like you got screwed over, but had more proof been presented in your original post, this may have gotten resolved a lot faster.

as far as the granite, im sure if you posted a pic someone here would be able to help ID it

Shawn, there is no way that myself or anyone can post every shred of evidence in one post. It took me several days to figure out how to compress the pics, without editing them, that I was sent since ringhoff did not send them in email format. I don't have a bunch of computer programs that walk me through step by step to do that stuff or to take screen shots like some people know how to do. I have had a problem with a few other transactions that I have made. Most of those were taken care of promptly. A snake purchase doesn't need to take six months to complete, nor should it take that long to correct. I will be posting pics of the actual snakes that I received, hopefully tonight if I can get someone over here to take pics while I pop these females that ringhoff sent that are actually males. I am still waiting on ringhoff to post the rest of the pics on here of the snakes that he supposedly sent me. He posted a pic of a pastel female that I will prove to be a male when someone is able to take the pic for me.

Over a year ago, I purchased a female spider het albino that was breeding size from Charlton Kangas. When I received the snake, it was quickly realized that the snake was a male, not female. I called him up to give him the news and it was worked out that he paid the shipping for the return of the snake and a refund was granted. ringhoff is not so much making mistakes, but mainly trying to pull off a scam. ringhoff's mistakes are having multiple stories and using too much mis-direction to avoid answering most questions.

There has been no dispute/disagreement that I am supposed to received a specific group of snakes for a specific price. So for someone like tom pecanic to come on here and tell me that I deserve to be scammed is ridiculous. Most people on this thread don't know me nor do they know anything about me. If anyone comes to Wichita, give me a call to meet me and to check out what I have. Come over today and see the junk that ringhoff sent.

i agree that nobody deserves to be scammed, and i stood up for you on that from the very beginning.

i would like to hear robert's argument on why he sent you snakes advertised as one sex, and turned out to be another. i have no experience whatsoever sexing snakes so i'm not sure how hard it really is. but if im not sure of the sex of one of my animals, its not getting sold until i do. trust me, the evidence is piling up though that you got scammed in this deal. i'm not trying to turn this around on you by any means, just hoping it gets resolved.

Tom, from the beginning I felt that you attacking me as well as a couple others. Usually the victom is not the one who gets attacked. As far as I can tell none of my 'evidence' has been disproven, only that some say there hasn't been anything posted as evidence yet and they have not said what counts as evidence.

I purchased several large groups of snakes in 2010. They ranged from 25 to 75 snakes in just those few groups. One group that I purchased had over 50 bp's and I paid less than half the 'market price' on them. There was no scam and they had no disease. I have purchased many singles and groups of snakes from people that have been in the business for a long time like Jim Stelpflug, John Stolz, Tim Koppenhoffer, as well as many 'no name' people in the industry. I am still a no name in the industry, but I think I have done well in the two years that I have been selling bp's. January 2011 marked three years since I came to possess my first ball python. I am VERY proud of what I have accomplished in three years and I still have much to learn or tune up on my methods and knowledge.

As soon as one of my friends stops by my house I am going to take some pics and post them to show the snakes that ringhoff sent me AND that he did not send me properly sexed snakes. I am also going to post the pillow cases that he sent them in to show that ringhoff did not send what he claims. Those p/c will also show that he wrote as he indicated what was supposedly in the bag. Two of the bags say het ghost. Where does it say that I am supposed to receive supposedly het ghosts??? It will also show that I did NOT receive three bags of pastels labeled as 1.2 as he claims.

You said you have over 300 snakes Jason. Im sure you can take plenty of pictures of your male snakes and post them. If I remember correctly YOU posted that you delayed payment, had me sit on the snakes for two weeks and even offered me 25% to hold them until you got your unemployment or income tax check or something...do you remember THAT post Jason? But im the one that held onto the snakes by 4 days...ooooh. They were supposed to be shipped on a Tuesday and wound up being shipped that Friday. And I would have preferred to hold onto the females that just laid until they were on feed, BUT YOU threatened that if the snakes didnt arrive on Friday that you would pursue the PP complaint. You were well aware that the females were gravid, should YOU have not delayed payment, then you wouldve had the clutches. You talk a big talk about you not getting what you wanted, well what you wanted was your cake and to eat it too, life doesnt always work out that way.
