    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Uh, yes ... of course it was for identification. Glad you were able to deduce that. I'm 4' 11" ... often described as the "short chick" in the photo; the one always in the front row.
It's not offensive. It's the truth. It's reality and a means of identification. As if we don't know we are a tad short ... sheesh. If that offends you, then sorry.

Being shorter than what is considered "normal" isn't a surprise or an offense or an excuse to evade ethical behavior.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but if he were the 6', 225 lb. juicehead in the photo I would ask if he was "the big dude". Is that also offensive? After all, it is a means of identifying one taller person than the other in a photo.

Would you have preferred I'd compared skin tones to identify those individuals in a fuzzy, small photo?
 
Stephen, nowhere did I say that I am trusting Victor. I mentioned, that per our communication today, that we are working towards a resolution on this matter. If it comes to fruition, as I hope it will, I will update this thread. If he backs out and I get screwed, I will update this thread as well. I am not overly optimistic, but only according to my communication with Victor, we have a tentative agreement, date and time frame for him to make this right. Trust is not part of the equation at all. All I can say is that I am hoping on my part, as well as for Casey and Kevin, that a resolution is found.

Tom, Brian...I will be angry if I end up getting screwed, that much I will say. However, I don't see myself taking cheap shots or slinging mud. I will report things as they unfold. Victor's stature, or that his son is hospitalized, or that he owns a business and a nice home, or anything else he has or does has no bearing on this matter...nor will it affect my thinking should I get screwed. I don't care if a person I've had good or bad dealings with is 4', 100 pounds or 7' 450 pounds, the details of the transactions are what matter.

Your fly by night practices. Your storming into the market buying up whatever you can and then offering "top tier" animals at crasher prices to get "60 or whatver satisfied customers" Really doesn't matter, what matter is your dealings and commnets to situations like this. You have been SHOWN to be a liar, thief and scammer :eek: You have also reacted like ALL the others who were busted by this forum.

Do yourself a favor before it hurts your plumbers business and you self defense :rofl::rofl::rofl: business. Have your 3RD collection sale and get the :censored:out of the repitle community.

Noone is questioning your son. This may be hard for you to understand but they are questioning whether or not you are telling the truth about your son. Seeing as you have lied about pretty much everything else so far, it's not much of a leap to think you would lie about that as well.

While I hope that all the people that have been scammed by you receive a satisfactory resolution to this, let's not act like it really means something if you fix things. It wasn't an accident, you did it on purpose because you thought you could get away with it. Now that you got caught you're hoping to make this go away so you can keep on selling snakes. The only problem with that is you still don't seem willing to even admit to what you've done but continue to try and make excuses. This makes me believe you will go right back to trying to scam people whenever and wherever you think you can get away with it.

Honest to god Victor, I have been seriously, SERIOUSLY watching your ads because you have had some great deals on some great snakes. You have had even more backing because you are selling snakes that you purchased from a reputable breeder. Why throw it all away over some norms?

I've chalked most of what has been said about you as general "hating," but it's not just your lies that are going to bury you. It's the fact that you won't come clean, refuse to address the situation in an ADULT manner, and then piss on your customers. I haven't even seen so much of an apology out of you in the emails attached. That alone shows your actions were intentional.

Even after this, your customers were still polite to you and wish the best for your son. I hope the best for him too and I hope you become a good role model for him :thumbsup:

Selling deserts and champagnes and clowns ect.. But I wondered out of my hobby and became more of a seller and lost my way.. One of the reasons I started sellingore was because I was sick of people thinking they haw gold with a 1000g female pastel or spider or any other females at that.. So I wanted to help.. And I did..I "flipped" over 50 big females ( morphs, not normals or hets) at great prices and everyone was happy.. I'm just going to concentrate n my collection... And
To those others who did wish my son well I do appreciate it.. He is home from the hospital today.. And starting to make a positive recovery...

And, back to the real topic here, what are you going to do about the FAKE HETS that you also sold??
 
who are you? did i sell you something- and again i did not knowingly do anything and am home now and working it out with the customers that you dont need contributing anymore to this mess... and the market crashing- you think a 1000g pastel is worth $800-1000??? a 1000g spider worth $900??? really -- crashing the market is selling a champagne at $500 or a desert at $600, not selling a pastel for $500....

Glad to hear your son is doing well.

As for present and future comments about your dealings, this board is here for the hobby to be used by the hobby. It's function is to smoke out scammers and other people to avoid. Therefore, if there is a thread about you here, anyone and everyone has the right to contribute.

Asking about fake hets that you sold, either maliciously or negligently, is a perfectly fair question. This thread is here to stay, and an increasingly large number of buyers and sellers in this hobby check here before making a purchase.
 
I could care less if you "see the need for my contribution to this MESS"! I'll call it as I see it. Anyone that thinks that they can just go and buy a big collection and flip the animals for well below the market value is contributing to the crash of the market. Anyone that thinks they can go and buy a large collection of animals and flip them WITHOUT having put the work in (raising, cleaning, learning what to do!!) is just trying to make a dime is NOT helping anyone but yourself so don't get all "high and mighty" on me. You did no one a favor, but YOURSELF.

While I feel bad for those that got taken when you got greedy, I really feel bad for the animals, as I have serious doubts of your ability to take care of that many that you just got...from several sources...with no time to quarantine or even make sure that all was well with each individual animal!

And how exactly did you not KNOW that you received a normal that was sold to you as a normal, and then turn around and mark it as a het and sell it as a het??? The only thing you accomplished here (other than to put extra dollars in your pocket and acquire some free animals) is to show people WHY they SHOULD pay more to get their animals from reputable breeders...from people that really are in this for the love of the animals, and that deserve to get paid for all of their actual hard work!!
 
questioning how i take care of my animals??? call the guys from ARS, and ask how many racks i have purchased from them, nothing but the best quality for my snakes- and as many of the big breeders buy and flip all the time no one says anything to them, if i buy a collection becuase i want a few of the snakes for my collection and decide to sell the rest is my buisness. And abolutely people should get paid for their hard work, but why should people that cant afford to over pay for a snake not be able to have one?- anyways im not going back and forth- i had made a mistake and am fixing it...i understand the purpose of this boi, but when it got personal, reguarding my family and my stature i lost respect for it.....
