I wish those posts could have stayed (not disputing why they were removed) just because of all the inconsistencies and strange things bandied about in them.

At one point the "adult" was flaming Fauna for expecting the adult and Chris to have read and abide by the Fauna and BOI rules. The rationale was "a minor cannot enter into any contractual agreement."

Which makes me question- if Chris Young is a minor and is selling these geckos as a business, is this whole thing just a setup to scam people, since the logic also follows that he can't be held accountable to any type of sales contracts/transactions???

IDK, I'm not really sure what to believe about any of it- the whole situation is just beyond strange.

Look how she Chris rambles to his 10 fans on facebook. She might have anger issues. I wont have to wait 3 days to see if the timeout worked and chris would calm down. I guess you can't reason with anyone.

BEWARE if you ever have to deal with Shannon, Chris or Angel from Reptile Asylum (doubt thats a real business). My advise is to run from these three (probably one person).

This thread will be here for ever Chris for anyone to see when they are thinking of doing a deal with you , when you look for a job, or shoot even if a future boyfriend wants to look you up. Good luck at your show.

Typically, giving banned members a "voice" in this forum is frowned upon - while the usual application is posting emails or messages, I'm inclined to feel that posting the FB page is just the same thing. Unless it adds something of such import that just can't wait a couple days, why bother?

Personal note - does anybody really care what they're posting? I'm actually rather inclined to permanently ban the Reptile Asylum account because there are so many names associated it. Chris, Michele, Angel, Shannon...how, after the outbursts here, and those postings, are we to believe any name posted? "Michele" contacts a moderator, but Angel says she's all over the admins, we get some anonymous posts, and Shannon chimes in about all the a$$ kicking.

No one on that sight has offered any help through private messages as they claim. They want to argue about the traits of the Gecko. Here’s how a free market system works: an item is put up for sale and if you feel that it is worth the money you purchase it. Your members are just trying to justify their existence by berating a child. How do I know that they are knowledgeable when they openly lie about trying to help? Now here is the bottom line. Remember that free market system? You are making money from your premium members which I can not do anything about. However, I can contact your sponsors and complain until you loose at least one of them. Money out of your pocket , right? Make it easy on your self and delete the tread. If this was a scam, would I take so much time out of my day to get the post removed? Also, please note that you are in violation of your own rules. (hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.) I would not recommend assuming that this is one of your so called “Chris’s other personalities”. We are here for one thing, the protection of a minor that is being harassed within your post. Take me seriously, do not joke and laugh about it. Further, if rules are violated in a BOI thread, we hand out infractions, up to and including banning individuals. That doesn't mean that we throw the baby out with the bathwater. The thread stays.

Wow great team and what a way to start a young man out in business. I can see where he was misguided. Mom, Dad and cousin. Two adults that refuse to have their son take responsibility for his own actions.

I wish the original thread would come back to life. Did you see it DUDE? The proper genetics were pointed out and your son took offense and told everyone it was verified by the 5 biggest breeders, that he had a facility yadda yadda yadda. Lie after lie.

This place is here to protect the reptile community from liars and people who would cheat someone and sell them something it is not. It is also here to point out the good guys just like Your family had the chance to do. Instead you and you son /wife and cousin decided to take the path of lies, intimidation . You know the bad guy path.

I'm honestly glad you took screenshots, I wish I saved the entire thread as an html document, since he promptly deleted all his advertisements once they were challenged. In his first ad, he stated the animal had two black eyes. When this was challenged because there is no way an albino could have black eyes, he deleted the ad and all relevant discussion and then claimed the animal had two red eyes. I asked him to post photographs of the gecko's eyes for clarification, and his response was to simply delete the ad. That kind of behavior raises warning flags.

This is an accurate description of what had caused this mess in the first place and had me post this thread for information. Some responsibility from you as a parent since your son can not accept he was attempting to misinform people would help give you some credit.

I get it you are an angry parent but your son has made some choices that were not so smart. He continued to make choices that were not the right ones. You and your family have resorted to threats and intimidation no one here has.

You want respect , take some responsibility for what has occurred. No one has harassed your son. Only reacted to his lies and his and your families overreactions.

I'm guessing the midwest show is close enough for me to go to. I just don't know if I can keep quiet as he misrepresents geckos to people there that don't know morphs.

If Chris would like to contact me about eclipse genetics with pictures, I would be glad to help. But I will not be told that I'm wrong and don't know what I'm talking about. He would need to be polite and willing to learn.
