    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

WOW!!! This Mike guy is something else. :ack2: I just read through this whole thing and one word kept coming into my head every other page.... SCAMMER!! I really hope that no one does business with him and gets ripped off by him. Guys like him make it hard for guys like me who really haven't bred reptiles yet but plan to breed in a year or so and then I have to tell people I am new to breeding reptiles. Why can't people just be decent and care more about the animals instead of the money? When we loved reptiles as kids were we thinking about money? No. We were thinking how cool they are and how much they interested us and how we wanted to take home every snake and lizard we found and just care for it and keep it. Why should that change just because we get older? We should still cherish the reptiles for what amazing creatures they are instead of trying to make a quick buck off them.

Whatever though, it isn't my name that is getting trashed. :rofl: :rofl:
 
He took down the ad he had for the "fire" female he was selling. I bet he read what I wrote on here and is trying to cover his tracks. Next time I will remember to get a screen shot so it can be saved.
 
Just search his first name in the Ball python classifieds on KS. It will bring up all his ads hes posting, along with the pinstripe, which hes now dropped the price again.

I would not go so far as to call him a scammer, at least not yet. It just shows what a lot of immaturity mixed with greed can do to a person.

I'm not calling him a scammer. It's just not my style. I just cringe at the fact that there are some fishy & very questionable things going on with both of those animals, and they're up for sale.
 
I only gave him a three day ban. I hadn't realized he wasn't back so I just checked and the system bumped him a year because of is other active infractions. However, I'm going to lift it and also not require him to keep those ads active anymore. They weren't going to remain permanently anyway. Just long enough for all parties to get the information they asked for. Enough time has passed that screen shots could of been made if anyone wanted to do that.

The reason is two-fold. First, technically he isn't required to keep the ads active on this site normally. I requested that he not delete them for evidence in this thread. Evidence that he himself asked be made viewable again. Although, I did undeleted more than the one ad for the same animal which showed a larger discrepancy. The three day ban was justifiable in my opinion to keep the ads available and disregarding my warnings.

Secondly, I only posted a message in this thread that he not delete again and he claims he didn't read it. Although only moderators can delete ads and he repeatedly closed them after he noticed they were reopened, I should have sent him a private message to make sure he read it.

That is my reason and why I would rather be accurate for booting him. Three days is one thing but a year, I want to make sure I'm correct in my choices here.

I will speak nothing bad of this guy but what i will say is that i have personally contacted him and spoke with him on ball pythons he claims to have available. When it came down to time for me to purchase the animals i could not reach him anymore or recieve any feedback from him!

Sounds like you were trying to contact him while he was banned...I'm pretty sure the PM option is removed; and, even if it wasn't, he couldn't have responded anyway.
