In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

NOT GUILTY?!?!?!

Dan, so if you say you think she had something to do with it, whether she had help or not, that is indeed manslaughter! Man come on...

How do you figure it's manslaughter? She might not have even been there when that kid was killed. She lied her *** off..mistermeaner not murder.

Maybe the parents did it,or the brother..who knows...Everyone wants to see her strung up for a murder, that in the eyes of the court and a jury of her peers, say she didn't commit.

I think she had something to do with it,but she had help.

Sorry I am just very confused?

Why?..because I think that or anyone else for that matter...stop looking at it with ya heart and look at it as the court/law does...NO EVIDENCE..

My opinion and the courts ruleing are 2 completely different things...wtf is confusing about that.

I get what you are saying about no evidence. I do. But what I think most of us are saying is confusing, especially us mothers is really there wasn't even enough evidence to support the manslaughter charge?? Okay, so maybe there was not enough evidence to fry her, but not enough for manslaughter?? Some jail-time?? (real jail time I mean) COME ON!! ...I think someone already explained all this though:shrug01:

man·slaugh·ter/ˈmanˌslôtər/

Noun: The crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder.

None of what was posted was anything even remotely close. She's a liar..She can get 4yrs max for it.She won't..I wouldn't be surprised to see her released this week.

I get the whole parent thing...I have 3 daughters

Well, it IS Florida...

DEFINITELY something in the water down there.

And yet, some poor, stressed mom will get 10 years for smacking her brat kid's ass for dumping an end-cap at Wally World.

Karma's coming for the Whore of Hopespring Drive, though.

I hope she drinks herself to death her first night out.

You just KNOW she's gonna go find a party...

Or maybe someone will put a hit out on her ass.

Catch her walking out of the jail.

I ALMOST wish someone what a month to live due to a terminal disease would take up Caylee's cause...and a sniper's rifle.

If you know your kid drowns and do nothing (like someone has said) in a courtroom today=manslaughter. At least. All the other little facts pf things we know she did....yeah a bunch more manslaughter is what that is/was. To her own daughter. Whole thing is a joke. Courtroom, evidence, manslaughter/murder, ect, ect,...whatever

Wow..I wonder what you'ld feel if she was found guilty.....And yes, they really do need to test the water down there.

I'm quite sure the judge in this case knows all about manslaughter..She was found innocent. There's a reason for that...It wasn't manslaughter.

I'm sure we'll have some Fauna lawyers want to argue that....Can't argue with a Judge/Jury

I don't like it as much as the next guy, but it is what it is...I would like to see the person(s) responsible for the death of that little, girl shot between the eyes and tossed to the crabs.

I'ld bet $500 she ends up prego with-in a year....

I am just giving you a hard time at this point Dan. I know what you are saying I just think it is all BS like many people do.

I don't think people are looking at it with their heads, just their hearts....What if all her lies were to protect her Mom or Dad or who knows...we'll never know with any certainty she did it.

And yes if she without a doubt did it..I'ld buy the bullet

Wow..I wonder what you'ld feel if she was found guilty.....And yes, they really do need to test the water down there.

31 days, 3 bags, 3 pieces of duct tape, chloroform fumes in the trunk, and the computer searches.

PREMEDITATED MURDER.

But that's okay. I get that the jury didn't want to spend another month or more for the penalty phase if they socked her with a felony. Hell-they didn't want to be there in the first place!!

There's NO WAY they could have discussed everything that was presented!!

But there's a very SPECIAL ring of Hell waiting for the Whore.

And there's no damned jury...just ONE JUDGE. And He already knows EXACTLY what happened...and He'll be waiting.

Dan, I agree and see your points.
Do I wish she was convicted? YES. But in the time we live in, there is no room for "string 'er up" justice. She went to trial, evidence was presented, holes were poked in the prosecutions case, she was judged, it was in her favor. The only people who truly know what happened are the ones responsible. Will her life be miserable? Definitely, the public has condemned her even if the court hasn't. And her afterlife? Well, we all know where she'll be spending it if what she's accused of is the truth.

And her afterlife? Well, we all know where she'll be spending it if what she's accused of is the truth.

Not trying to turn this into a religious debate, but I do have to interject here: just because someone did something wrong, does NOT automatically condemn them to hell. Remember that there is no greater or lesser sin in God's eyes. "White" lies, murder, stealing a candy bar from the convenience store when you were 12, coveting the neighbor's sports car, etc....its all the same to the Big Guy, although its very difficult for us to share the same perspective. Actions alone do not dictate where you spend eternity. If so, no one would go to heaven because let's face it folks, we have all sinned! Thankfully, God doesn't judge us that way.

That said, I am in no way trying to make light of what has happened here. It fills me with a profound sadness that this little girl's murderer has not yet been seen justice. But I am not upset with the judicial system. After all, you cannot convict someone just because you "think" they did it. She probably did, but if the smoking gun that directly links her to ending her daughter's life isn't there, it isn't there. Its just the system we have.

I don't understand the argument being made that their was no evidence of anything. The defense stated it was an accidental drowning and she tried to hide it. She admitted to this happening under her supervision. MANSLAUGHTER in the least should have been issued.

Karma's coming for the Whore of Hopespring Drive, though.

I agree. OJ's in prison for a much lesser charge, Natalie Holloway's killer is imprisoned in Peru, JonBenet Ramsey's mom is dead from cancer,....
Casey should definitely watch her rear-view mirror.

As far as movie deals, it wouldn't be all that great without the crazy lies. She was guilty of lying and therefore not allowed to profit from that. It would be a tough story to tell without all the parts, but I'm sure she'll manage.
