In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

NOT GUILTY?!?!?!

I don't understand the argument being made that their was no evidence of anything. The defense stated it was an accidental drowning and she tried to hide it. She admitted to this happening under her supervision. MANSLAUGHTER in the least should have been issued.

:iagree:

"31 days, 3 bags, 3 pieces of duct tape, chloroform fumes in the trunk, and the computer searches."

PREMEDITATED MURDER.

Not illegal,3 bags of nothing,no DNA on duct tape, fumes are not a crime,Mother claimed the comp. searches, which are not illegal.

adds up to premeditated nothing.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!....I know I said that earlier somewhere:rolleyes:

"She admitted to this happening under her supervision" She also said she had a baby sitter, the kid was at Universal studio with a Nanny, the meter reader who found the body did it, and on and on and on.....reasonable doubt..not manslaughter, not guilty.

Why would you need duct tape and chloroform for a drowning victim?..The cause of death is listed as "unknown"...

See I look at it like 31 days, Knowing Damn well the little baby's body was in the car, ....and I am confused it happened under her supervision....SHE claimed, and then there was duct tape??? How, Why? But we don't know IF SHE put the tape there...right? Am I getting this right? I remember now 2+2 does equal 5. Your right.

Not trying to turn this into a religious debate, but I do have to interject here: just because someone did something wrong, does NOT automatically condemn them to hell. Remember that there is no greater or lesser sin in God's eyes. "White" lies, murder, stealing a candy bar from the convenience store when you were 12, coveting the neighbor's sports car, etc....its all the same to the Big Guy, although its very difficult for us to share the same perspective. Actions alone do not dictate where you spend eternity. If so, no one would go to heaven because let's face it folks, we have all sinned! Thankfully, God doesn't judge us that way.

That said, I am in no way trying to make light of what has happened here. It fills me with a profound sadness that this little girl's murderer has not yet been seen justice. But I am not upset with the judicial system. After all, you cannot convict someone just because you "think" they did it. She probably did, but if the smoking gun that directly links her to ending her daughter's life isn't there, it isn't there. Its just the system we have.

I'd like to avoid a religious debate as well as I do not follow this^. I could go into what I believe against what you have said but I'd really rather not since subjects like these never have an end. Let's just say we differ in opinions and leave it at that

Watching people on the news belly ache'n about the verdict like little kids stomping their feet not getting what they wanted.

Of course people want the person who harmed the little girl to be brought to justice. You need to PROVE without a reasonable doubt she did it..The prosecution did not do that....Why is that so hard for people to understand?

I can go into court and claim to be Hitler and tell you the Jews were killed under my supervision...doesn't mean it's so.

Just because she was found not guilty doesn't mean she's innocent...it means there was no proof (without reasonable doubt) she did it.

When someone kills a little kid and gets away with it....people tend to get upset and show some emotions:angry::angry:...Just saying.

Well said!!!

Hey now, enough with the Florida hating!! :(

I've actually stayed away from everything about this case like the plague- I hate everything about this kind of story and media hype, especially since I don't trust news media in the least so have zero confidence in ever being able to know the full story.

All that being said- she WILL have consequences for this, as she HAS been found guilty by society at large, and EVERYONE has seen her face. Going anywhere in public (much less lying on the beach) I suspect won't be an option for her, ever. Unless she has the means to go find and live in a country that did not publicize this trial, she'll be dealing with this for the rest of her life.

I'd also hate to be one of those jurors, too. I didn't follow to know if their faces or names were ever made public, but if so I imagine their lives will be forever changed by all the criticism and downright hate and threats, etc, they will receive as well.

The whole situation surrounding every aspect of this case is just sickeningly sad, IMO. That's really all I can say about it.

Wow! I am surprised to see this on here too.
First, I did not follow the case or watch any of the numerous TV shows on this so I dont know what evidence was presented or what happened.
Second, I dont care. Its one dead kid and one possibly guilty parent. Somewhere, everyday, a kid is killed by a parent. I dont see how this case warrants any more attention than any of the other cases that have occurred since the dawn of time.
Third, apparently the defense must have shown reasonable doubt for this verdict to happen. That is how our justice system works.
Murderers go free every day- look at OJ, Look at the Bush Crime Family. People are murdered every day. That is how the world works. Get over it and move on. You must have some cages to clean.
