I don't know Clark, but I really don't understand why this old thread got dragged up.
I'm not even saying people need to forgive and forget - but you seem to be holding a grudge over something you didn't even know about when it happened. (The fact that you had to research Morph Kings to get yourself all worked up is a pretty good indication of that).

You made some good points Harald, the person that bumped this ancient thread knows nothing about the ball python wars of past.in fact I doubt he knew what a ball python was at that time period.heck he has only been a member here since 2009.
I don't see any point to bump this or any thread with out new information.![]()
Harald, I agree with your post 100%. The market does suck right now and will probably only get worse. With new morphs being created every other day, the prices of older proven mutations will always come down as there are more of them produced. Clark Tucker has been running Power house reptiles since 2009. What ever happened prior to that is like spilled milk. Clark is a good personal friend of mine whom offers top notch animals and great customer service. At times Clark would talk to me for hours to help answer my questions and help me be the best breeder I can be. Clark and his wife Nicole are great people whom solely run the whole operation from raising, breeding, feeding, cleaning and advertising their production for sale online. He even raises his own rodents. (I point this out because there are many breeders out there with hired help whom do not personally care for each individual animal themselves and purchase their feeders which may come in carring disease ect..). His animals are top notch, I have purchased over a dozen animals from Clark that are still in my collection doing great! Regarding Market Crashing! Take a look around at prices! I don't see Clark advertising Super blasts for $1100 or Pewters for $300 or 900 gram proven male spectors for $1200. He is right in line with current pricing, even a little higher then most with some mutations. Quality speaks for itself, and I would happily pay an extra 10%-20% for a top-notch quality animal. (Good looking snakes produce good looking offspring) Enough said. Rich- I think you need to sit back and relax. Prices are gonna drop, that's what keeps are market going strong. It's all about market timing, I personally did not want to spend 10k for a male calico back in 2005, I waited till the prices fell a few years later to 2k before I bought my male. By the time he produced his first clutches they sold for $1100- $1200, The following year $800-$900, now they are selling for $650-$750. All mutations will follow the same pattern, It all depends if the buyer wants to get in on the ground floor for a bigger initial investment and a bigger return or wait a few years until the particular morph they have desired fits their budget. The Powerhouse Reptiles website does not exist anymore. And its in the sponsors links.
I don't know Clark, so I can't comment on why the site is down; but the sponsorship is paid for...are you suggesting that he be removed from the sponsor list without allowing a reasonable amount of time to address that issue?
(Clark has not accessed this site since Nov 2013, at which point he was still posting ads and actively using the link to the site)
and then it was about revenge.I don't think this was ever about anything other than money for Joe
