Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Johathon at Breeders Circle saying his Citrus Pastel WO makes our Power House WO

Mr. Tucker, you remind me of those little kids on high school that would do anything for attention... Your opinions have no grounds and I would think twice before doing business with you, who know when you going to turn around and stab people on the back. by all this nonsense you are just ruining your reputation.

I'm pretty sure that didn't bring anything good to the conversation. Did you even read the whole post? There's a lot of questions regarding the morph(s) and they do need answered. Did he act in a way that was un-professional yeah maybe so but there could be reason to be mad if someone is marketing animals as his morph when they aren't. Although he could have approached the situation differently. I'm not taking sides (I've had good transactions with both of them in the past like I said earlier) there's no sides to take, either they are the same or they aren't, simple as that. I just think there's some things that aren't being said here that need to come to light.

Doesn't everyone think it is really strange that the citrus pastel has been out since 2002 and PHR makes a Washout in 2010 8 years later with evidence that it doesn't have to do with any citrus pastel? Am I the only one who feels like this morph would have showed far sooner with far more people, since it has been out since 2002? Am I the only one that thinks that is a strange occurrence unlike Jonathon's random occurrence LOL? The gene is documented and singled out and pictured on this thread. Where Breeders Circle and Amir have not shown pictures of one. Only one person out of all the people that have citrus pastels a few months after PHR made their Washout then he makes his. How can can it be a super when their morph is making the single gene washout, mojave washouts as well as all the other crosses. I can see it doesn't have anything to do with any pastel or calico. I don't see any other breeder posting pictures of just the single Fader gene or anything like that, Just crosses. The evidence is stacked against Jonathon from what I see. Jonathon as of yet won't show the visual genetic hidden gene markers that Amir said there was. Amir didn't post any pics of the morph in question like he said he was going to on the other site. So rather than given us evidence here where this all started, he has chosen a format of communication such as internet radio. Excuse me Amir, I don't think that this will allow us to see the definitive photographic proof that we demand. Please stop insulting our intelligence in feeling like we have a say in the questions that you are going to answer? Hey guys this is not to troll anybody. I just don't feel that radio was an appropriate choice to settle the matter. No one has to come to any kind of agreement nor an arrangement so satisfy the questions at hand. Jonathon's stories of the genetics of the citrus pastel is constantly changing. It seems very plain to me what is going on here. Amir has yet to come through with anything to us except telling us their is visual genetic markers . Jonathon's story is changing like the direction of the wind. Only one other person who has made 1 clutch of washouts claims it is a super when PHR already showed a single washout and Mojave washout (there goes the super citrus theory, not to mention he is the only one). Clark has full disclosure on his multiple clutches to date. The full disclosure from PHR makes this pretty plain to me to be a cut and dry case. How bout showing us those visual genetic markers Jonathon! Mountain Top

:iagree::iagree: With the BOLD above.

I am not taking sides on this one as I have done business with both and I am pleased with the animals I have received from both Clark & Jonathan.

Here is the truth: Mike Bell produced animals that look identical to the animals in which Clark produced back in May/June 2010, which Clark is calling the "Pastel Calico Washout".

Mike Bell recently posted pictures of those animals on the BP.net (Citrus Calico thread) started by Amir. Mike called them Citrus pastel Whiteouts & possible Super Citrus. The pairing was stated as a Citrus Pastel Female x Citrus Pastel Calico Male.

Clarks Pairing of his clutch that produced identical offspring: Pastel Calico (not produced by Amir) x Super Pastel Female (NOT A CITRUS LINE)

I believe Amir has stated to have imported the original line of Citrus Pastel, he was the originator of that morph in 2002 (an entire decade ago!)

Question? If the results of Mike Bell's animals truly are (only) from Citrus to Citrus?

1. How did Clark produce identical looking animals without using the Citrus Gene?
2. Better Yet, How is it, Amir has not replicated these mutations in his own collection? He has been working with them for 10-years and has far more of them??

Is it possible that one of Mike's Citrus Pastels, also carried another gene, the same gene that Clark's Pastel Calico has? The same gene that Clark has named the Washout (since he was the first to produce it)?

Again, this whole thread is about proving that the Whiteout and the Washout are (2) entirely different mutations. Both of which are extremely nice and hold great value, but are different.

Let's all stop the name calling and threats, You guys need to work together to further prove the fact that these are (2) separate mutations going on. These are both relatively new projects that will require additional pairing's in order to figure certain differences out further. The surface has yet to even been scratched!

Jonathan,
This is your BOI thread, not anybody else's.
Once again:
You have been accused of misrepresenting animals, and selling false hets.
You can not simply come to a resolve behind the scenes with your accuser, and make this go away.
You should be open and honest, and speak for yourself, rather then hiding behind Amir.

Are there markers that confirm whether or not a Citrus Pastel, (or any other mutation) is carrying the Whiteout gene, or not ?

If so, have you been selling the Citrus Pastels that do not have those markers, and are therefor just Citrus Pastels, and not Whiteouts, as "Citrus Whiteout Pastels" or "Citrus Whiteouts ?"

If not, and it is still considered to be a random mutation that pops up in Citrus Pastel clutches, (although it is not attached to the Citrus Pastel gene since there are Whiteout combos that do not contain the Citrus Pastel gene,) then say so.

Here are the facts, as I understand them:

Amir has been working with his line of Citrus Pastels since 2002, but has not produced these Whiteouts in his own collection.

Amir had taken in five figures worth of animals from Joe Capone, (at Wholesale prices,) flipped them for a profit, and then did not have the cash to pay PHR for the animals that he received.

Joe C. was willing to work out a part trade / part cash resolution to the outstanding debt.

PHR received a male Pastel Calico, (that Amir flipped to him, and did not even produce himself,) and the rest of the debt was paid in cash.

Amir continued selling his line of Citrus Pastels, at Pastel prices from '02 until 2010, when Clark / PHR produced the first Whiteout mutations.

PHR advertised their new Whiteout animals as "Amirs line of Citrus Pastel Whiteout..." (after wrongly assuming that is where the mutation came from, and attempting to give Amir credit for it.)
Amir denied that PHR's Whiteouts had anything to do with him.

Mike Bell then produced animals that look identical to the animals that Clark produced, a few months later.
Amir purchased some of those animals from Mike Bell.

Amir then used the animals that he purchased from Mike Bell, in order to use as an example of what one may, or may not expect to produce when using his Citrus line of Pastel.

Jonathan, and Amir are now selling Amirs line of Citrus Pastels, as "Citrus Whiteouts," or "Citrus Whiteout Pastels," at much higher prices then before PHR and Mike Bell produced their Whiteout mutations.

Jonathan said the mutation was random, and that there was no way to tell if a Citrus Pastel (or any other mutation, since the Whiteout gene is not connected to the Citrus gene,) was carrying the Whiteout gene or not.

Amir said that there are genetic markers for the "Whiteout" mutation over on BP.net.

Jonathan no longer wants to discuss this on the forums, and is waiting for Amir to clear everything up for us on Reptile Radio.

Now these are the facts, as I understand them.
I politely ask Jonathan, Amir, Clark, Joe C., or Mike Bell, to please correct any of this information, or misinformation.

Although you may take issue with the way in which they have handled this issue, I don't see how Joe C., or Clark Tucker of PHR, have been anything other then transparent here.

If anything shady is going on with this project, I think it's happening right here in the Sunshine State.

No more pattycakes with the mountain man! Seven minutes to go from grammar to none, and noone caught that? In any case, this will be resolved in the field, not here. Whiteout, schmiteout! All you greedy little whipperschnappers will get your greedy little paws on these so called gems, lol, when the enemies/breeders make them available. I've always said, pay ten bucks now, or one buck next year.

How are you going to make fun of a guy with disabilities that were verified by a legit member of this forum who knows him. All I have to say about that is Karma comes around.

Here is a pic of a Citrus Pastel Mojave Yellowbelly. Looks like the Powerhouse Pastel Mojave, but just a little better because of the Yellowbelly. I have normals from a Citrus breeding that look like the normal"Washout" that they have listed in the World Of Ball Pythons.

I understand what you are saying, but in the interest of keeping the topic a neutral as possible....do YOU, personally, know the "legit member" who verified the guy that's claiming disabililties?

Yes I know Brian. He's a good guy. I could go into detail of every transaction and conversation we've had but in the interest of keeping this thread on topic I won't. Chris's comments were over the top. I understand questioning things because there's a lot of trickery on the BOI sometimes but I get tired of the people who come on here, haven't said anything the entire way through and then come on with these sarcastic belittling comments and then leave as fast as they came into the conversation.

I don't see anything "special." Any of the genes in the animals could have produced the morphs presented.:shrug01:

Leave as fast as they came??? Sorry, still here braincell! As many times as "mom", the school teacher has spoken, I have yet to see her come to her "son's" defense and certainly don't think for a second that she edited his posts due the the lack of grammar and usage and uses words so literal as "bro". I merely asked if she was the only one helping a guy, who has no problem hitting every letter on his keyboard except a friggin period, comma or questionmark, if someone else was helping him. And forgive me if I am skeptical of anyone in THIS FORUM who claims to have one stroke that turns into three!

I assume that you have not only met him, but have seen his medical records? Did you meet his mom? This is one case where I want to be proven wrong and hope that I am wrong.

I get the impression he may be using a voice recognition programme that types the words for him as he speaks but does not do punctuation.

In which case, although it's hard to read, it's really not open to continual criticism.

Quite an impression! Why didn't I, or he, think of that? Wonder why he didn't go with that excuse as opposed the the other. After so much as a second of scrutiny, I certainly would have drill that into any naysayers brain just to make them look as foolish as I have hoped he would make me. Thanks to you though, I am sure he will take that excuse and run with it...or not.

Not that it's the topic of the thread, (and I am familiar with that software/program) but that's not what the the person referred to gave as an excuse.

And (imo) since he seems to be being used (by some) as an "expert witness" his ethics/realibility can also come under scrutiny.

There was something in an earlier post that gave me this impression but I'm not going to wade back through all these posts to find it, so you may have the pleasure...

And I don't want to derail this back onto the punctuation debate again, when there is obviously a lot more than that to discuss, so I'm done...

Found it in posts 108/ 109 but it's not immediately clear. Anyway, done this time...

Not sure why you would have to wade through all these posts when you clearly based your post on one specific(earlier post). Hmmm. I wasn't looking for the "pleasure". By all means..."discuss".

I actually never said I know the person with the medical condition. You might want to re-read the posts. Why don't you grow up and stop acting like a kid with all your name-calling. I won't derail this further because it's obvious you want to go back and forth and fight about someone who this thread isn't even about. We are waiting for either Jonathan or Clark to come back on here, not you.
