And before you go off saying all this stuff again. You asked for a picture. When I said I could get you one you didn't have to go off spamming my ad saying you don't buy unless it's posted publically. All you had to do was say that in a pm and I would have made it Happen. But instead you had to act all big and bad and post my pm like I was doing something wrong. I wouldn't do that to a customer I expect the same in return. This could have been handled completly different by both parties involved in my opinion I apologize for any wrongdoing on my part. It was not my intention to deceive anybody. Have a nice day.

Are you mad because I posted on your ad that I do not buy unless pics were public?

are you mad because an admin asked if the snakes you are selling are in your possession? Because I refuse to believe you would truly get this mad because someone asked for a pic publicly.

Look man. I wasn't mad about the admin. I believe try we're asking because I'm pretty sure it is against forum rules to sell snakes not in your possession (which they are) I was already having a bad day and then when you posted that instead of shooting me a pm back explaining your wishes and I felt it was rude to post the private message. If you would have said hey I just want to see it public then no biggie I say give me a day I go borrow a friends camera boom it's online. This should have been handled privately. I'm just trying to help a friend out and I didnt want to cause problems. But really I'm over it going to post the snakes back up and will provide any picture any customer desires as I just went and bought a new camera just so this doesn't happen again. Anybodyis welcome to purchase. Im sorry for the misunderstanding and there are no hard feelings on my part.

In other words you "mis spoke" when you told people that you specifically told me you would take fresh pics and send to my phone.

Did you "mis speak" as well when you told these people that I spammed your ad? Because it was deleted. Now people would probably think I am just a "spammer"

I don't want people to think badly of me just because you keep "mis speaking".

Perhaps. Or perhaps it was my job for a long time to try and get to the bottom of these things and now those tendencies seem to pop up every now and then. I keep trying to surpress them. But sometimes the tendencies come out of the blue. But thanks for the tip on the search function.

you do know that people can see the data on pictures right?
Like we can tell if the pictures you originally uploaded with your ad and the pictures you forwarded to slashmaster because you "could not upload them", we can tell if they were taken with the same camera. You do know that right?

Not knowing either one of these guys, I would NOT like someone who ask for something (pic) to post the pm on the exisitng add. Being careful is one thing, walking away is one thing, but it is very hard to believe the "buyer" didn't have other motives when posting the pms on the add.

If the pics and anyting else came back to show the OP was lying, then posting the info would be ok IMO

Knock yourself out. Just make sure you don't get yourself wrapped up in a countersuit, though. I am within the law in how I run this site, and your attempting to violate the law with such a lawsuit involving my own affairs (have your attorney check into the Communications Decency Act) will put yourself into substantial legal jeopardy. Lawsuits are VERY expensive. I CAN afford to defend myself and countersue. So yeah, if you have $50K to throw away, knock yourself out.

So now you are calling me a liar, bub? Those emails and PMs are EXACTLY as sent, and you know it. Or on the other hand, if you DON'T know that, you are blatantly deluding yourself. I simply cut and pasted them, as is. I certainly don't have to make up crap about anyone, and don't kid yourself to think that you are all that important to me to even consider doing such a thing and wreck my own reputation. Now you are proving to me flat out that you have some issues. I am getting involved because you are threatening this site and myself with your lawsuit BS. Those messages are posted here because they provide some detailed insight as to what sort of person you apparently are.
