Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So, now, knowing you have Nick's money and his rack, you're going to wait to send his refund? Meaning you don't even have the $$ he paid you for the rack. I thought you were the big Craigslist seller. Now you can't even come up with $150 to pay Nick after all these months? And you have the nerve to came here and start a thread about ReptiRacks, when you are worse than they are.
 
as soon as repti racks informed me that it was coming to me i posted it on fauna making a craigslist ad as we speak to sell it.

Have you learned NOTHING from this experience? You're going to sell the rack AGAIN and you still don't have it in your possession? What if something happens? What if it never shipped? What if it gets damaged in shipping? You're going to risk taking someone's money for it and not have anything to give them? Again?!?

Frankly, none of this makes sense from either side...up to and including the mysterious never-to-be-seen-or-heard-from Nick. Makes me glad I'm not in the market for anything either of you might be selling.
 
I see you are trying to sell it for considerably more than Nick paid for it. Are you going to extend the courtesy of refunding him an additional sum because of the long wait and the fact that YOU renegged on your contract with him. You expected a discount from ReptiRacks when they were late. Seems like Nick deserves the same consideration, seeing how he is the one true victim here.

i have tracking,i never said i was shipping it,i clearly stated in my ad it was pick up only when i have the viv which will be wednesday,and i have tracking from repti racks

my mistake...I thought the $313 quote was what you were asking. But you didn't answer my question. Are you planning on compensating Nick for his time, money and YOUR renigging?
 
yes if i can sell it for more than nick paid ill be refunding him w.e i make off it,i sold it to nick for 120.00

and as stated before this is a local sale no shipping so please read before commenting i will not be taking money before having the viv

i don't see what's wrong with the image as it is the enclosure i am selling which is being shipped to me ,what's the problem?
 
fixed i just directed them to a direct image from your website which does not violate any tos,anyway ill be in contact with you when the enclosure arrives to make sure all is in order and don't have any issues.

yes money is nothing to me if i sell his viv and make profit but i am not paying a extra 150 out of my pocket after spending 313 on a viv,190 on a critter condo

Either the money is imortant, or it is. Which lie would you have us believe? Ship Nick HIS vivarium. Keep your word. Honor your contract with Nick. Show this community you are more than the scammer we all know you are.
 
nick will get his money when the viv is sold,as stated before i told repti racks that there was no charge back and i am 100 percent sure he had no charge back on his end so there was no reason to re route the package that was his choice,hence why i stopped bothering with the order after i posted my last comment on it.nick is not getting scammed just i won't pull out any more money out of my pocket
