    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok so here goes during the first week of July I ordered repti racks caging for a bearded dragon for around 300 via PayPal


Everytime I would contact repti racks I would get some excuse that there was delays etc and that I was next in the order list for my cage to be built which it never got to,I then got fed up as bought a critter condo for half the cost and got it right away from Chris Allen in Roma river néw jersery

So I was out almost 400

I then posted the repti racks cage here for sale a guy by the name of nick bought it for 150.00 yea I lost half of the cost thanks to repti racks,nick wouldnt be back from his base until oct which he told repti racks to hold the cage until he returns to the states, now me nor repti racks been able to contact nick I am guessing he has a lot to handle with his new born, the fact remains is the guy paid me for a item that he never got nor did I ever got, I proposed to repti racks to either ship nick the product Reguardless of his response as I have his addy or send me the viv and I'll re sell it and refund nick his 150 reptiracks of course is still making excuses

I also have reason to believe he never even built the viv nor have it ready to be shipped,as I stated repti racks got almost 300 for nothing and I got 150 when a buyer never got his product so I want a solution or I'll be calling my bank for a reversal on the transaction but I'll much rather it to be shipped to nick as I have his addy

I'm not sure why your not understanding i cant ship it to you as your no longer the buyer nick is. We have in writting IN FORM OF E-MAILS from you and him you sold it to him and he paid you for it now the order was transfered to nick smith.
NO PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED CAUSE NICK HAS NEVER CONTACTED US WITH HIS SHIPPING ADDRESS............... IVE SENT NICK NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND HAVE RECORD OF EVERYTHING.YOU STATED YOU HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HIM SO HAVE NICK CONTACT US.ALL IT TAKES IS A 5 MIN CALL OR E-MAIL FROM NICK.THIS HAS TO BE SHIPPED TO NICK SMITH AT HIS ADDRESS ONLY.
We cannot ship to an address you give us for nick he has to call us to give us his address and it will be verified its his address.
What ever agreement you and nick have is between you too but NICK is the buyer who has to contact me. I told you this all seemed fishy from the start and warned you.Now you want me to ship you a cage you don't own which we cannot do legaly as nick is the transferred buyer that we have in writting.
 
As I stated before I have nicks address which he paid me from PayPal
I need the shipping info for my security on PayPal


Also can u show us pictures that the product was built?post pics here please.since u claimed its ready to be shipped
 
I cannot ship to an address you gave me. NICK SMITH has to now call me with his info shipped in his name to where he lives. This whole thing is fishy why cant he contact us ?? You state you been in contact with him but every time we contact him we get no reply but you do.
 
I have no idea why nick hasn't contacted u I have him on fb and like I said he has a new born and not sure what the deal is but I can easily take screen shots of his PayPal payment with his addy to virgina where he wanted it shipped, what's the problem shipping it there?
 
Your going off track here... you and NICK e-mailed me when he bought it and i was told he will be over seas as he is in the army and wont be back till end of 29th of OCT. Well we contact him all OCT and got no replys from him with a shipping address ONLY replies we get if from you wanting a refund to something you no longer own NICK SMITH DOES..
 
Once again show me pics u have a bearded Dragon cage built to his/my specs I gave u or did u just take the money and never built it?
 
Me and nick had an agreement which he paid me for, the payment u got was still from me not nick, u have yet to show proof of a Viv built and ready to ship

And u refuse to ship to nick if I show u His PayPal payment with his virgina address

I'm not going to let some one get 300 dollars for free for nothing

Once again I am providing a addy from nick smith which he stated he lives in virgina which I'll post screen shots of if u like

U have no proof of cage being built as u avoid showing pictures ,so u took 300 bucks and laundered the money instead of building a cage


I'll be contacting my bank now I'll refund nick my self with the reversal

I am deployed ATM and do not return until mid Oct so if you think you can bust out a few more before then, feel free too. Have nick smith contact us with his address via e-mail so we have record of it and i will gladly ship it to him as he is the BUYER......... I cannot ship to an address you give me than to have nick come back if he ever contacts us back and say i never received it since he never gave us his ship to address.

Once again nick is in the states and back home in virgina he had a newborn named Leah so I know he is home for the delivery ,for get about me getting the cage I can provide u PayPal screen shots with his payment and addy where it can be sent tomorrow since u claim it's ready to go,when I spoke to nick he told me his PayPal address is his shipping address
 
Sorry all it takes is NICK SMITH a 2 min e-mail to give me his shipping address and i will ship it to him.I will not take it over the phone as their is no record just verbal.Please have him contact us BEING YOUR THE ONLY ONE WHO KEEPS STATING has been in contact with him so whats the problem other than it all seems fishy as i told you it did when you contact me you sold it to him. Send me an via e-mail from NICK SMITH with his ship to address.
 
I will give u 3 options

A ship to nicks address which is on file with his payment to me as he thought the cage would come from me until I told him it was coming from you

B I refund nick 150 and u send me the cage and I re sell it again as it serves me no purpose as you take months to make cages and I was forced to buy another cage due to your constant delays and excuses

Or 3 I contact my bank and do a reversal

All I want is the cage to be sent to nick and pics of the built cage why isn't there any proof of it finished and ready to be shipped ?
 
A : its not a confirmed address and NICK who is the buyer didn't tell me where he wants it shipped to "I cant go by what you want me to do as your not the BUYER so i cant ship to a paypal address that's not confirmed and how do i know what he sent you was for a cage.
When i first talked to you i was told you sold it to your brother than it was a friend and than later turned to this guy NICK SMITH.

Show me an e-mail from nick to you that the address he had on file with paypal is the address he wants the cage shipped to.

All we want is to send him NICK SMITH his cage as i stated several times have him contact me via e-mail with his address and ill send him his cage.
 
Almando, why were you selling an item you DID NOT HAVE? And you accepted payment for an item that you did not have in your possession, nor ever did have, nor had any idea when it could/would be received??? That's just bad business.

And Repti-Racks, you guys have had a lot of problems lately with cages taking forever to build it seems....
 
R3B, evidently Nick isn't nearly as concerned about this matter as you are. You no longer have a vested interest in this matter, so I suggest you 1) remind Nick of the situation and tell him to contact ReptiRacks and then 2) drop it, as it is no longer your viv.

On a second note, had you done any research, you would know that RaptiRacks has a long history of slow order completion. As such, a little patience would have been in order. I'm not making excuses for them.....you just can't change a leopards spots.
