    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Almando, why were you selling an item you DID NOT HAVE? And you accepted payment for an item that you did not have in your possession, nor ever did have, nor had any idea when it could/would be received??? That's just bad business.

And Repti-Racks, you guys have had a lot of problems lately with cages taking forever to build it seems....

Yes we had and we are working on that with a new manufacture starting Jan who can keep up with our demand.We have 2 more groups of orders left to be back at square one and completely done and starting with a NEW manufacture for the NEW YEAR COMING.

your right i should of waited for the cage but nick didn't mind purchasing it and waiting as he was coming back in oct,so it gave repti racks even more time

which personally i don't get how it takes them from july all the way to oct to build a cage and like i said i highly believe he STILL DOES NOT HAVE IT BUILT FOR NICK.
 
mind u if i got the cage it would of been a ton for me to ship to nick so shipping it straight from repti racks would of saved shipping cost for nick.

Its dosn't take from July 25th to SEPT 14th which is when NICK e-mail me last that he bought it from you to build it which was approx 6wks from tije of order from you it took that time to get up to the order as others where ahead of you a single cage order such as this takes only 1-2 days to complete and ship once up to it.

Once we were up to NICKS order which he now didn't need till end of OCT till he returned we contacted him several times through NOV with no replies with a shipping address.

sorry but it's just excuse after excuse before i even SOLD IT TO NICK I CONTACTED YOU once more before selling it to nick to see if it was done or ready of course i got the same excuse

that's when i had it sold it to nick and bought a critter condo which i should of done from DAY 1.
 
Correct you ordered it online from our web site which our check out process on the site wont let you know go further till you checked the box you read our process and terms which you checked and purchased you order.As we tried to state everything as many places as we could. It all was stated in the process page how the process works and to plan ahead as delays with our current manufacture where going on.

Mind you did you not tell me over the phone yea our lead times are down by a lot,it will takes us maybe 4 weeks to get it done or started to be worked on,which was never the case

once again is it even built?do u have pics?
 
to ring a bell when i spoke to you i didn't mind getting it until aug,but when aug hit and the weeks got longer i got nothing but excuses from you.

the reason i even bought it from you is due to the fact that the lead times was down as you CLAIMED,did i not tell you i needed it by a certain time as i got a new dragon and wanted to move him out of a 10 gallon?yes i did.

then you told me o u can put him stir lite bin if set up the right way,which i refused as u said it would take 4 weeks or so which i did wait calmly

From a business standpoint, it would be irresponsible for them to rely on you, a disgruntled ex-customer, for the address to the person the rack is now owed to. You could very well have it sent to an address you want to take the rack, use it and/or resell it. You are not responsible for getting that rack to Nick, Repti-Racks is.

Now, if this thread were simply about lead times, it may have some merit, but I am pretty sure there is already a thread for Repti-Racks regarding inaccurate lead times and constant delays.

Regardless, you chose to create this thread complaining about a rack you no longer have claim to; a rack you irresponsibly sold to someone else without it even being completed. I can understand losing patience, but that is a good way to cause some issues, as you very well can see.

The fact of the matter is, Repti-Racks owes you nothing; no communication, no evidence the rack has been built, no confirmation if/when it ships to Nick and certainly not a refund. You gave up those rights when you sold the product to someone else.

If Nick has an issue with Repti-Racks, he can call them and deal with them. Clearly, they are not at the forethought of Nick's mind.

how would i send it to false addy?i will clearly show paypal proof which nick paid me from which he can send the rack to.i don't live in va i live in queens nyc

the rack will be going to VA
 
On a side note just from a business stand point emails warranty no transfer of a sale do you even have proof that nick paid me or i took payment from nick?no,but i am not a douche to try and scam u

ALL I want is proof that the cage is built and ready to be shipped and i get a tracking info to put into paypal for nick

You have no right to this information.

You are not the customer.

You are not a legal representative for Nick's accounts.

You are no longer the owner of the rack.

You have absolutely no rights to know anything about this transaction any further unless Nick provides it to you.

You are really have an issue with grasping the basic concept here.

Nick and Repti-Racks communicated about him buying the rack from you. Repti-Racks accepted that. From that point on, the transaction was and is between Nick and Repti-Racks. Not you. Allow me to further bludgeon the horse into a bloody pulp at this point.

The rack and all information now pertaining to that transaction no longer have anything to do with you.

When nick contacts me with HIS address i will send him HIS cage as i stated several times to you every time you e-mailed me and i will send you a tracking # for what ever reason you need it for.

Since neither of you have been able to get ahold of Nick, no one can say with absolute certainty, that he is home and able to recover that rack ones it is delivered.

WOW want do you know all of a sudden NICK contacts me via e-mail. WHAT DO YA'LL think about this ? Is it really him or a fake e-mail made up by almondo using nicks name. Seems way to fishy to me. Heres what it said

I know i'm thinking same thing. Something isn't right here. All of a sudden he contacts me and says nothing about whats going on that this guy is posting here or anything and goes from no contact to all of a sudden i get one same day after all this has been posted back and forth..
