    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Repti racks

Like i said which screws go into the uvb?all the screws in the bag seems to be for the socket of the light fixture nothing for the uvb,nor was anything in the uvb fixture but the fixture it self

Go to our you tube page to see video on mounting heat fixture your at the wrong hole that one is for the light cord not heat lamp.Why don't you ask before you state things as an issue when their not.
 
ill re look at the videos but all of the holes on the top do not fit 2 cords,

but like i said no screws for the uvb fixture which is what i am trying to install first

If you don't see them they may have fell out. If you like i don't mind sending you another set its only a $.50 worth screws but going by you already have it sold let me know as it will take a few days to get to you.

Back panel of cage towards top not top of the cage. Look at the picture you took from our site to use in your ad

ill go to home depot,what screws do i need?size etc

but as stated before the only 2 issues i have right now are the screws and the amount of deep scratches on the front but ill take a video of it,everything else is fine ill try to install this light fixture in a few
 
ok i see what u mean now,i thought the hole was located on the very top

but yea screw size ill go get them asap

8/32 x 1" x 2 and nut machine screw tighten than rock extra screw back and forth to break off clean above nut.

You guys are friends again......And for some crazy reason we're all being given a play-by-play on contructing a repti-racks cage.....Seems like one of those conversations that typically take place via text, phone call, email.....But to actually post directions via the BOI.....ridiculous....and to think I sided with the originator in the begining of this nonsense...I should have my head examined just for continuing to read this crap!
 
Well OP you got your cage and I don't think it was right to call repti-racks a bad guy but in the future to repti-racks your primary legal responsibility is to the person who paid you, not any 3rd parties they try to bring into it :p As you probably realized once a chargeback was threatened (And I don't really agree with everyone here claiming the contrary)

Regardless of who he is and what he's done or caused i'm still willing to go the extra mile to help with his questions he has. Correct i agree those should have been asked in an e-mail but he already asked those questions on here so i responded so people don't read it and see gaps not knowing what happened or was it answered.

Repti-racks posted they finally got in touch with Nick on Dec 5th to arrange for shipping (this post made on the 6th: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1391101&postcount=119 )

Then the very next day on the 7th, Almando was on here saying he was doing the charge-back. (this link: http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1391808&postcount=155 )

Here's my theory-

Almondo wasn't trying to scam Repti-Racks. He was upset with the extended lead time and worked up a scheme to make them pay for it. He created this entire thing with Nick (who knows why Nick is participating, maybe a friend) just to get back at them. I can't imagine anybody being as mellow (and as absent) about EVERYTHING as Nick has been unless they were involved in the scheme. Almondo never wanted this rack to go Nick, that's why he threatened the chargeback. Maybe it was all just a way to get the cage built faster, or to cost Repti-Racks more money, who knows. Now he's got his cage AND a lot of bad PR for Repti-Racks... I guess. In short, Almondo just wanted to get even.

Whatever the truth is, even though I don't need anything from Repti-Racks I almost want to order something just because I feel so bad for them, and if I never heard the OP's name again it would be too soon. He's the one that got the real bad PR here, IMO.

sorry there was no response.as for people saying nick and me were friends,no we are not i still have messages in my sent box from when nick contacted me which mods can glady check my account to verify.

and i live in nyc and the guy lives in va and was away in the army for a extended period of time,so yea.

on a side note i got a buyer on fauna for the repti racks caging,picking up tomorrow at 2pm,ill be refunding nick,my only issues with the caging is the way the screws were put out,should be labeled and the scratches on the window,maybe wrap up the window next time,tho i told the buyer about the scratches he don't mind,but i am anal about that stuff,but i am not keeping it so i won't make a fuss about it just putting it out there so you have the heads up,and this was all crazy and sorry it got this far but next time be honest on the lead times even if it's 4-5-6 months
