    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sean, to me it's all lip service and a tall mound of BS as you haven't responded to any emails or phone calls. As far as I'm concerned this little post of yours is all for show. YOU PROMISED MY RACK WOULD BE HERE OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD FROM YOU SINCE! You have ignored my emails and phone calls. You have made recent posts on your facebook so don't use not being online as an excuse for you crappy customer service. ALSO, your assistant Angela hasn't responded. So what's her job description? Let me guess...the same as yours...IGNORING PAYING CUSTOMERS!
 
Gene, Did you get the same story that all fabrication was done in house because he owned the machines and that's what sets him apart from other rack manufacturers? That was a big selling point that Sean Trotter pushed on me when I first made my initial order. He claimed that most orders were shipped in 2 to 3 weeks max depending on how many orders he had at the time.

Like I said if your rack does not go into the hands of fedex on Monday then you will get the money and the rack. All the people that read this are your witnesses so there is no reason to keep making posts and calling me names. A this point it is silly.

I do not see why she should take you at your word at this point. I don't think it is appropriate for you to try to put the hush on. If I were her, I'd keep this thread updated until if and when she GETS the rack.
 
I don't take his word at all at this point Lucille. He can respond here but still no response to my many emails and phone calls. Why do you think that is? He would have to be accountable for all the lies and BS and what person with a total lack of honesty and consideration would do that? Trust that I will post any and all or lack there of...updates.

I just hopes all of this helps and deters anyone out there that's even considering doing business with person. There ARE other rack builders out there besides the 2 on this forum that don't deliver.

yes and i spoke with him several times to make sure and he assured me of my 12/01/2011 delivery date even when i added to the original order. then wonders why i'm pissed off. i did not just assume that is when i would recieve my order it was based of of sean telling me no problem. now that i'm complaining he states i'm crazy for expecting it that soon and trying to get my money back after only a few weeks. maybe thats because that was our agreement. then after beeing lied to twice once by him then angela that it was shipped off. and still no communacation from him but he still is sitting on my racks and money that arent done but have been shipped 2 diffrent times because of my disputes 16 days after my racks were suppose to be delivered to me. leah you have a valid complaint it's been 2 months for you. i only had an agreement with sean to have my stuff delivered by 12/01/2011 so in seans eyes i don't.

Geno, don't tell me you are believing what he is telling you?

not a chance i know of at least 3 others that hes treating the same just go to face book you will see peoples names in his responces but there questions are missing just like mine. they cut you off of being able to respond which deletes all your comments.

and of course he is done with this thread what can he say come. out and admit he's a lier or a thief.

I'd like to make the point that I am not related to the mods, I am merely an ordinary member, but it is my thought that for anyone to deny another person of their own opinion speaks volumes about them. I'm entitled to my opinion, the mods are too.

Remember, many of these these threads have to do with folks who get ripped off and I have definite and strong opinions about people who rip off other people.

Kathy Young - who has another cage on order. Bill, I hope you take a look at it. As I said, I'm not in any hurry for mine. I can easily wait as long on this cage as it takes. I would rather all of you get your cages since I'm not in a rush.

I would love to go work there and help out but I don't live anywhere near them.

the happy customer is right the one and only. like you said if it takes longer than promised no problem for you. sorry others do need them in a timely fashion or would like them when was agreed upon with sean you know yourself you were reading my posts on facebook until sean kicked me off from commenting. and you can also agree i never made a rude comment on facebook now to date no contact from sean yet. great customer service they have.
