Careful!
They were good to me until I placed a large order and they ripped me off, blocked me on facebook and dont return my phone calls or emails, im taking it to the postmaster and paypal dispute center. I ordered 2 thousand roaches and received 1/2 and an iou letter never made good on. I also ordered 500 superworms, 25 arrived dead the order was 75 short and 3 days later 30% ofthe rest were dead as well
With all the companies out there selling these products im sure to find one worthy of my money, I have a buyer beware page on facebook and this company is top of the list
very sad....

my original order was short, and i got a replacement, which was short, and he sent me another replacement to make it better.

no one is perfect.. they are bugs, most ship by weight, and don't really count..
i find him to be great, chatty on FB and available for any questions i have any time.

Does this guy have anything to do with Rene Morales / Daniel Penunuri of what is now known as SoCalRoaches? I saw the other post on here and was a little confused on what exactly happened. Because I have personally done a lot of business with Rene / Daniel and had a very bad experience and so did many others.

While reading the posted thread, you should realize that Southern Wolf is an admin of a website who publicly backs an illicit roach seller who to this day has been shown to steal peoples money. Not only do they openly support this despicable seller by the name of Rene Morales they defend him despite the facts.

It is my thought they they themselves have some incentive to publicly defend someone who is openly steals money from the reptile community despite the facts from not only myself, but others in the community on several websites have presented the facts to the table on more than one occasion.

One has to question why they would do such a thing while they attempt to condemn someone who is not listed as stealing customers money, assuming fake identities or shafting people.

It also appears that they share their private user information to the public including users names, alias and their user names.

It obvious to me that their stake in this whole ordeal is a feeble attempt to use the name WestCoastRoaches to further advance their own web page and site.

While I could fill this thread with hundreds of users who have used our service and continue to use our service to support my claims that we do business in a proper manner. I refuse to involve our customers in the kangaroo court Wolf has arranged out of pure fear the customers would be wrongfully attacked and badgered.

We we continue to do business and provide exceptional customer service to our clients despite the attempts of Rene Morales the illicit salesman and his public defenders Southern Wolf.

I would like to take a moment to share my thoughts on using websites that publicly share users information on the web. This is how spam gets generated and identities get stolen. I would not use any website that shares or sells any user information especially if they publicly defend a person who assumes names and sales people feeders on the internet and steal their money. What ever their stake in the situation is, it cant be of a positive nature, nor can it be good for their users.

You contacted us about someone using the WCR name. When we investigated this claim all sorts of shady dealings came out about you. Even the fact that you ommitted several key facts when you contacted us. You were trying to pressure us into doing your bidding.... RIGHT NOW! We dont work like that. You contacted us... we investigated and we removed that account from our site.

Have I not also confirmed speculations that he is operating under another name. Yes I have How is that defending him. One thing that you'll eventually learn about me. I don't care who you are... I am just after exposing the truth.

My problem is how you want to either lie or leave out key area's of the truth because you think it may make you look better.

Here's a thought.... If your operating your business in an ethical way then you don't need to hold back information to make yourself look better.

Ummmm don't you have an unresolved order you need to tend to? I would say that's stealing a customers money because they didn't get what they ordered. As for fake identities and shafting people.... lets look at how you came to operate WCR.

Ummm didn't you engage in the use of Fauna? Didn't you also put your information into the site when you registered? Therefore you specifically use a website that shares your user information because it's right there with every post you make.

I've read through this thread. Even taking out the fact that you took over ownership of the domain and website, which, while legal, could be considered shady, I think you've shown people skills that leave much to be desired. I don't feel you've shown much respect for participants in this thread (detractors or not), nor your own customers who've had complaints outside of the whole Daniel/Rene issue. I'm sure you're just fine to work with as long as there are no problems, but when problems from past or present emerge, I don't feel you handle them with integrity.

You pretty much covered up the fact that you took ownership of the site from a former customer until it was blatantly spelled out. "What? Someone is impersonating me? I have no idea who it could be!" turned out to be far from the truth, first you claimed he was an employee, then it turns out differently. It would have appeared less shady if you said "We have a former business partner/box filler that was not ethical and we are trying to re-build a name for this business". It was your choice to continue doing business as WestCoastRoaches, and as it happens - the name comes with baggage.

The issue with Mayday pictures was certainly your deal and not Danial/Rene's: http://www.mayday-pictures.com/west-coast-roaches-another-customer-service-disaster/ and your followup here in the BOI forum shows what it's like to deal with you when there is a problem. I am glad it got resolved, but to me it doesn't mitigate your attitude and I would take my money elsewhere.

As far as omitting data to you and your minions, I wasn't aware I was under a subpena or that I was under oath. I owed you no data in the onset. I offered the data, you and Geraldo exposed nothing. you also claim you know the inner workings of the bad deal between Rene and myself in the onset.

Is that because you spend your night talking with the scammer. Did you hatch out the plan yourself? How do yall split it up?

I stole nothing, and I do not have open issues to deal with. I offered to work with Malestrom, asked him to contact me and he refused. He was also refunded , and he failed to mention the Molted Female Adults I sent instead of the standard feeders he wanted. More than 100 to be exact. $200.00 in breeding roaches.

My door is still open to him regardless to what he thinks of me and how he decide to proceed.

You misled us in a lot of ways in hopes that we'd just delete the account of a member of our site because someone just up and says something about someone. Sorry... it don't work that way. We don't just delete members because someone off the street says too. After we investigated we did in the end delete that username though.

I talked to him all of two times when this originally went down. Just like I TRIED to talk to you. You didn't answer your phone so I continued to dig to see what I could find. What I found was enough evidence for me and I no longer needed to talk to you on the phone. It was right there in front of me in black in white. Considering what others have said... maybe it's a good thing I didn't talk to you on the phone because I believe they said you were a smooth talker. Maybe I wouldn't have continued to look.

Do you really want to question my integrity? In the past I have stood up for someone even though I didn't like the way they do business... all because they were being accused of something they didn't do. The members here trusted me enough to be honest with them after I saw the documents and transactions of the sale (person in question didn't want to put her clients info out there). The members here trusted me because of my integrity.

my monies were refunded after I was pointed to this BOI and decided that I was going to contact the postmaster, as use of the usps to deliver goods paid for is contractual, and non delivery is considered fraudulent. 5 minutes after I posted my monies were returned (via paypal) so our issue is resolved and there wont be any further ones, ive taken my business elsewhere.

Ive heard nothing but bad reports since this BOI opened and lots of people telling me of bad experiences with WCR and I dont care to be your new focus or scape goat, im one guy out of much more than just 1
