    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Cute the crap! No moderators have posted in this thread. Even if they did they are also entitled to their individual opinions. Those opinions would have nothing to do with their moderating responsibilities.

When you are being addressed by moderators while they are functioning in their roles of site moderation, you will know it.

YOU ARE RIGHT GENE! To this day, still NO CONTACT from Sean. Customer service from LST Exotics is a joke and a myth. I wonder what Kathy was paid to write that little snippet of propaganda? If she wasn't paid, I would bet that she's a ringer for him.

here is the sad part of all of this. when i placed my order i had several discussions with sean that i had snakes on order and i must have my racks by 12/01/2011. then i added to the order a 30 hatchling rack 2 days later and still the 12/01/2011 date was not a problem per sean. then 3 more days later he put up on facebook 2-7 high sweater box racks discounted and we talked that those racks were built with back heat and i also wanted belly heat. which he gave me at no charge i thought what a nice guy. i was told that he did have to pull the racks apart to set them up for the belly heat but it will be done that weekend and he would ship on the 28th of november so i would recieve it by dec 1st. he knew how important that delivery date was. i had buckets (11) on my dinning room table with heat tape. then in his response on this thread is i'm nuts for thinking i would get my order in that short of time and how could i dispute my order when i havent recieved my order over 2 weeks from when it was agreeded upon that i would recieve my order.
then treats me like i'm the guy trying to screw him. i was told twice my order was SHIPPED. then in his first post on this thread he admits there not even finished. any with half a brain will avoid sean trotter and lst exotics.

Now we don't need to be throwing accusations like that toward my friend Kathy, I know her better than that. That would be like me saying that you might be a ringer for another builder that is just trying to to make Sean look bad because his prices are beating what most all the other builders are charging. Now I am not taking up for Sean in no way, your problems is real similar to the ones my friend had with him and I have even had some words with him, but his prices are can be beat, If they can let me know cause I want some cages.
 
His customer service sure can be beat. Still NO correspondence from him or Angela. As I mentioned earlier. Out of frustration for waiting for Sean's cages that still have NOT arrived, I ordered from another builder. I got more tubs for less and they were at my house in 8 days.

Prices are irrelevant if the customer does not receive the cages; or receives them so far beyond the expected date that another set of cages must be purchased, making the two sets of purchased cages together significantly more than the customer had planned to spend.
 
Yes! I had to go outside my budget for the cages I needed in a timely fashion because all this guy was doing was delay, lie, delay, lie, delay, lie, lie, lie, delay, lie...

Funny all the bs today on this thread but no mention how the rack went out today as i said. Like i said this thread is an absolute factless joke.

regardless you still provided a service and you do have to keep contact with the buyer,through out the process,unless some lawyer is telling you not to keep contact with them,if you did ship out the cages then just cancel the charge back.

don't worry i have been there to with repti racks my self,in the end i was the one that lost

paid 313 for a cage,

took so long had to buy a critter condo for 190-glad i did

then finally got the viv in sept had to re sell it for 50-100 bucks and refund some one i promised the cage to for 120.

when she ordered the rack on oct 21st you told her it would ship on dec 26th i think not you act like she should thank you i'm sure it was promised quite some time back. and no contact with me are you a complete fool.how about the week and a half prior to the dispute whats your excuse for that NONE!!!!. oh and the cc company tells both partys to try and work it out. it you that don't want to communicate because your in the WRONG strait up. oh and to my comment for the road trip being childish what do you call all BS LIES to me and everyone ADULT!!.

Actually the people here at Fauna DO care about facts.

Like the one that indicates that FedEx was CLOSED on Monday, 12/26...

The ONLY FedEx related services that were open and available on Monday was FedEx Office, and they aren't scheduled to have package pickups in your area till Wednesday.

If the facts provided by FedEx on their website is in error, please let us know.

You might want to rein in your enthusiasm, as he isn't banned from advertising here...at least not in the way your post seems to imply. He received a 3 day ban for antagonism toward a moderator.
I know a lot of people think we should ban people for transaction related issues, but the reason we do not has been explained time and time again.
 
I stand corrected. Also a correct to Gene, I ordered the rack on Oct 21 and the first date got postponed for shipping due to an excuse of tubs not being ready. THe second promisised date was November 21, not December 21 as Gene wrote.

Well, we have Sean on record when he stated it would go out Monday the 26 and if it didn't, I would get the rack plus my money back. FEDex was CLOSED on Monday. Who among us here thinks he will make good on that promise?
