    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You're very fortunate to have made a deal with such a laid back guy who has the patience of a saint. Very few people would put up with your insanity for as long as, or as calmly as Nick has.

After reading this mess... I'd probably agree with the later... not the former. So THIS is what our country has to look forward to in an up and coming generation? Lovely. Now I understand why my grandfather, with RARE exception, thought all my friend friends were idiots when I was a kid.
 
me and nick has spoke as stated before we took this off onto facebook to settle this personally ever thing is ok on our end and being worked out peace:thumbsup:

Ok you're right and I was just stereotyping and that's wrong. But it just kills me that this guy just doesn't understand how flawed his character is. If he did the right thing? Ok improvement. But to continue down that path... Illogical. I just don't get it. --> End of commentary.
 
I just figure there's no point in getting worked up. I have a few options. Contact paypal/contact my bank/authorities. All can escalate into something serious and I'd rather not go down those paths unless necessary. Paperwork/questions/proof etc. If I bugged Almando every day it still wouldn't put money in my account. It's either he does or he does not is the way I look at it. If he chooses not to he'd be another statistic as to why dealing on the internet is bad and if he does he's a +1 good guy, even if the situation seems a bit odd and all.
 
If anyone knows USAA they are a GREAT bank. First time being deployed someone got my bank information and spent over 2000.00. I told USAA, 3 days later I had all of my money back and about 3 weeks later they asked if I would like to press charges. If they can do that with that amount of money I'm positive they can do it with 150.00 :)
 
This whole thing is caused by Repti Racks by allowing it and actually incorporating it into their business, by including it in their TOS.

Legally they had no right to hold it or ship it to anyone else other then the person who they accepted payment from, which is Almando.

It doesn't matter if Almando sold it before receiving it, he still is/was the legal owner.

I do have to say this was a long, dragged out soap opera. I hope Nick gets his money back.

Nick sounds "resigned" to me, certainly not "fine with it" as Almando has always been saying. I think there's a difference...
