He's still saying he wants me to take this down, and thinks it's not fair.




Mike is a good guy who really takes great care of his animals. He had an issue with Fedex and wanted to get the beardies to the customer as soon as possible because she already sent him the payment. Her complete refund of $100 for the two lost beardies is in the mail. There was never any issue with a refund and Mike offered it right away. He is not happy about animals dieing in transit. This was an unfortunate situation and a miscommunication. Unfortunately sometimes this happens through email communications. Customer happiness is Mike's concern and he is rectifying this unfortunate problem. Mike is a NICE guy and always does the right thing when it comes to customers. This is the first time something like this has happened, all of Mike's previous customers are content with their purchases and their condition received. Unfortunately the beardies cannot be replaced but a definite refund is in order and has been done.
yea but you have the only place that doesnt have overnight shiping to your door and you the only person that has ever gave me a problem ever and then you make a problem worse and write this about me every1 else has no problems with shipping and no problems with their dragons and i will tell them to comment and show how good of a bussiness i am it was a simple mistake then you have to go and release it on the internet just what does that do for you ,absolutly nothing but get people mad at me you gotta see it from my point of veiw how wrong it was of you to do that.

hi i just wanted to let you know the beardies are shipping today but the area your in isnt over night shipping its gaurentied for thursday so just warm them up when you get them i have 18 hour warmers in there they should be fine let me know if you get them and they should come before 12am on thursday let me know if you have any problems
