    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Having delayed a solution to this and how you went about it is the only reason you haven't got your refund.

You will get your money when I send it to you. Itll be fast, and prompt, but not right now. Most vendors don't even issue refunds, just credits....so be happy I agreed to do a refund at all.

Why is your post angry at Chris?? Because he updated this thread just like everyone on Fauna does when they have info to update. YOU told him you would have the refund, YOU didn't get the refund to him when you said once again. Don't be angry at him that him simply updated people.

Gezz...just send the refund and be done with this mess! if you don't have the money, say so and work it out. You're only continuing to ruin future business for yourself by dragging it on.

HUH? This statement contradicts itself. If it WAS fast and prompt he would have it already.......by definition this is slow and late.:rolleyes:
 
He just informed me because of me demanding my money back rudely, even though it was after he failed to make a payment 2 times in 2 days, he has decided not to reimburse me for the snake that died within 24 hours.

Everyone please spread the word about this guy, and protect yourselves and other honest people in the industry. I am out 150 dollars, I have three snakes with significant flaws due to Patrick being in jail for a month. I feel thankful for this board or I might be out a lot more. I am writing off the 150, I'd rather not deal with this guy anymore.

So, you screw your buyer, and because the resolution that YOU deem appropriate is not satisfactory to him, you're going to punish him by keeping his refund? He should have had his refund or proof of its being en route within a day or 2.

It's not your buyer's fault that you engage in criminal activity, and your available animals suffer as a result. It's not your buyer's fault that you blew through his payment before knowing he was satisfied with the animals you sent him. It's not your buyer's fault that the resolution chosen by you, the seller, was one that benefited you more than it benefited him.

There's lots of great people out there selling quality animals. May I suggest you purchase a handful of nice specimens to enjoy at your leisure, and leave the selling to someone who cares about this hobby and the people who partake in it.

I tried reaching a resolution, he blew it up before even allowing me to fix something, then with all his blackmail liable threats why would anyone want to jump the gun to fix anything? Look at that Potts thread we can agree its his fault the animal arrived DOA and due to his customers actions he said pound sand.

this is crazy pat just pay him the money and be done with it
it was a DOA 100% of the time needs to be refunded
so lets recap he paid you (over 2 payments) in a week or 2 so you sent him the snake a few days ago that you forgot to add in now as a 2nd installment pay the man his money
hes still taking all the other animals that were in bad shape with no problems

It seems to me your buyer was more than willing to accept a partial refund for the missing snake, and the one that was in such terrible condition it died. Why didn't you send him the refund on those animals?

That's classy.....he's so difficult to deal with that you would much rather allow things to drag on indefinitely than to refund him and be done with it. Why don't you just admit what everyone already knows. Your decision to supplement your income as a drug dealer has left you essentially broke due your apparent inability to be discreet, and the resultant legal expenses you now face. You spent the cash as soon as you had it, and cannot refund your buyer what he is owed.

In jail for a month or not, you CANNOT escape public information like the fact that you DID get busted for 100 plants and other drug related items. Lie all you want, everyone KNOWS it WAS you.

I wonder how hard it really would be to get your PO's phone number. PO's are far from happy when they hear their people are still committing crimes like theft.

Patrick, you have nothing on Chris for blackmail. You are trying to turn this situation in the Potts thread so you can keep the money. Legally, you are so wrong. You have no legal standing to claim blackmail on Chris.

He does have legal standing on what you own him tho, since you have sent him emails telling him exactly what you own him, and have agreed to it, and you have actually been the one trying to "blackmail" but telling him he wont get his money until he complys with what you want.

In front of a judge Patrick, you would be screwed....and your head is to far up your butt to see that.

I really hope someone turns you in for something soon, ANYTHING (since I'm sure you are still active in what you got charged for)

I also hope everyone who ever wishes to deal with you in this hobby again sees this....I will make it a mission of mine to inform everyone I can about you. I'm working on getting the # for the parole officer right now. I called the local police department who directed me to the courthouse. The courthouse directed me to another number who I got an answering machine. I am going to try again in a while and see if I can get it. If I am able to get the number of his PO, I will PM it to Chris.

That would probably be your best bet. Just make sure not to post it here, as I'm sure the last thing any PO wants is for a bunch of people calling him for an issue unrelated to that for which he is monitoring Pat.
 
Well, after being given yet another number to call, and being on hold for 20 minutes, I spoke with someone at the parole office and bad news. He is not in their system. She said it is possible he is on probation.

I do have the number for the probation office, but honestly, if he is on probation vs parole, they probably won't care much about this matter.

ALSO, if he is on probation and not parole, then he was probably not in jail as probation is something you get INSTEAD of jail time whereas parole is something you get AFTER jail time.

If he has a probation officer, he should be aware of his actions. Those people ARE there to make sure he keeps his nose clean.

Drug Dealer? I was caught growing pot had nothing to do with delivery.

I have said it multiple times Ive never been to prison im not on parole. Is it so hard to believe that? Who says im even on probation either? I love all the ASSumptions.

Who said anything about letting it drag on indefinitely, dude treated me like crap over and honest mistake and a DOA, I threw out options he denied continuously, then he starts threatening me.....love to see you jump through hoops for anypne like that.
