I PayPaled him since the 29th of April. I was probably the first one to send him the money.

I understand and contact should have been made but he did tell me he was going out of town and had a hectic work schedule. I honestly didn't expect shipment today being its always hectic when arriving back in town and to ship 60 turtles would probably be best to wait anyways. I inquired about the lot about 5 min after he posted and told him I wanted them and after some mishaps on my part I wasn't able to paypal him til tues. I very much appreciate his patience in waiting and figured that he definitely had more than 1 of those lots due to his willingness to wait for payment. I think he just got back into town and just couldn't get to it today and don't yet have any other reason to believe otherwise. I think he has the lots he sold cause for the deal posted I knew he just wasn't doing it just for $400, I figured he had quite a few he wanted to move quickly and it looks as though it obviously wasn't that hard at that price. So l think you perhaps you should have waited for tomorrow before posting threads and disputes and am sure this will all work out for everyone.

well wouldn't he have posted that he had multiple lots to sell? No return emails or calls to multiple buyers just seems fishy. Most people have their email go to their phone, there's no reason for not one response.

What's fishy about all this is that he also deleted the thread for the 20 lot sulcattas. Why not mark it as sold instead of deleting it......

He did mark it as sold on "04-30-2012 at 08:23 AM. Reason: SOLD"

And like most, he closed it in his classified panel which deletes it from view.

I would wait at least a day or two. I am not discounting the fact that something might be fishy, stranger things have happened: there was a recent thread about a guy who sold a single gecko to multiple buyers.

But then again, this guy has no prior bad history that I can see. It looks like he had and sold a few lots of 20 sulcattas, made plans to ship, went out of town, and then.... nothing.

There is a window of time to deal with Paypal and credit cards just in case this is not on the up and up. But just in case he has run into some personal trouble or illness, I do not see that anyone would be compromised by waiting a few days. Does this make sense?

Im very confused on the snake issue. If you look at the pics and the markings on the head, it looks like the exact same snake in both pictures.

the pic of the snake you thought you were getting looks to be a lighting issue it looks very bold but you can see they used a flash and could of been a bit over exposed or saturated some cameras do that when buying an animal for color i always ask for more pictures or pictures in natural light

No he wouldn't necessarily post that he multiple lots due to the fact he may have wanted a certain amount for his clutch or clutches and with the good deal he obviously wanted them gone. When you tell people you have more they want more but for an even better price so for the sake of getting the amount he wanted with what he had, he sold them as 20 lots ( I'm assuming).
I also do that as well when I'm looking for a certain amount I'm trying to obtain from certain clutches. Still no emails as well, I hope this comes to a conclusion soon.

Seems like the yellow on the left is 10x more intense to me. Guess I am just too picky or need better glasses?

By pattern alone it's obviously the same snake I do see that and never doubted that, sorry if it sounded that way.
When it comes to jungles the quality of yellow is very important. I have a nice adult albino and I am looking for high quality bright yellow animals. I bought this one cheap at an auction (my 1st) and I obviously got what I paid for ..lol totally my fault I do know better...
whats funny is I know better on 20.00 sulcata's too..seemed too good to be true.
Real person I am frustrated with is myself.

BTW anyone want a cheap female jungle lol??
